Purchase was good but delivery was chaos
The actual purchase went smoothly, but unfortunately for you, the shipping is also part of the 'purchase experience'.
To track the parcel & see it reach Brisbane, only for it to go all the way back to Melbourne is a frustrating experience - all the more so when the flags have been promised to my customer based on a 'reasonable' timeframe for delivery.

Indigenous flags

Great quality, overpaid for shipping
Great quality, was delivered quickly however the shipping cost was over $50 which I feel is ridiculous
There should be a lower rate available for shipping or an explanation as to why it was so expensive.
