Please don't fall for this SCAM.

I ordered an Amethyst gem stone mug as a gift, it came over 2 weeks late and looks nothing like the picture, it's not gemstone it's plastic with a metal cup inside that no more bigger than an espresso cup from Starbucks.
Nothing like the pictures or reviewed videos on the website.
PLEASE STAY AWAY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
I have also been trying to contact them for months with no reply. I've lost £30 but I know people will lose more, don't give these cowboys the ammunition. Thank you for your time, your bank balance with thank you as well.

My experience with this company was terrible. I spent £60 on counterfeit items, and to make matters worse, there's absolutely no way to contact them for a return or refund. This clearly indicates a scam operation. Save your money and look elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND SELL FAKE PRODUCTS THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY ILLEGALLY COPIED TO SELL ON. Even for a counterfeiter they are the Worst company to deal with, the book I ordered had been scanned emailed then printed in a larger format so the picture quality was really bad and even the text was blurry. Order was meant to come with a free gift and it never arrived and when I emailed them to deal with the issue they never responded, total waste of money and time.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service these guys have .. $hit, I have lost x amount of dollars though it is the principal of the matter you have a stupid site you claim to have customer service and it is crap.. Sort your affairs as this is not how you treat customer..

I would give no stars if I could. Bought a pair of coloured stone coffee mugs as a wedding present. Unfortunately did not look as described. They are small , cheap looking and I’m sure one of the coffee mugs is made of resin . Emailed the company many many times for refund but they continue to ignore my requests. If anyone is thinking of buying these mugs DON’T !!!

The company or the company name they use “Tunucare” is shocking. I unfortunately read the reviews after I ordered, in good faith. Hence, after not really hearing from them, within a couple of weeks, about how my item is going, they send me something say one section of the order is being internationally shipped. However the thing that appears to being shipped is the sort of “lucky dip boxed surprise” which I don’t know what it is. This prize I didn’t order, I am still waiting for information about the books I ordered. If they haven’t got the books or just cannot get them I would rather they advise me within a reasonable time and provide a refund option. On now reading reviews they appear to have shocking and negative comments and still permitted to trade.

Was about to order a book 'Forgotten Home Apσthecary' from this company that they are advertising heavily at the moment for €32,95 but thought I would just check out Ebay and Amazon first. The same book is available from both @ €16.50. It comes from China. Do your research folks.

The advertised mugs looked like they were made of natural products. The crap they sent is some plastic thing out of a kids toy set from the 70s.

Ordered 3 weeks ago had no communication since ordering even after emailing them 3 times with the order number asking where my order is.

they simply never sent me my order, 3 months after i paid for it. they don't answer my emails.

edit: i ended up receiving it after all (didn't have any info on the status of the delivery though)

Incredibly dishonest company, product was absolutely nothing like the ones pictured or described. Looks like a child has painted on a bit of plastic, plus much smaller than pictured.

Not only this but when raised via email, they have ignored for over a month now, so I suspect I am not the only one who has been caught out by their false advertising. DO NOT PURCHASE.

They are claiming to have scored 4.5 stars on trust pilot for their breath easy nasal kit when actually they don’t have any reviews here
