If you are looking for a place that sells fermented products while at the same time sending emails that bash our president, then this is the company for you!! Since when did healthy options require you to read emails from the CEO bashing our president? Yes you are entitled to your opinion madam CEO, but no one asked for it, especially not this one time customer. If I could give this company a zero, I would.
UPDATE: in answer to your response, from my review on Yelp, that I was unhinged, you are the one ranting that you voted for Trump twice and that he infuriated you because he failed you, at which time I raised my voice to interrupt you and say "what does this have to do with fermented products?" I also said that that I thought it was highly inappropriate for you to send out an email bashing the president because you were unhappy that he promised to get rid of daylight savings time and he hasn't done that yet. Again, does that have anything to do with fermented products? You also said that the CEO's of Coke and Pfizer say political things to which I replied, I don't support either of those companies either. Madam CEO, are you comparing yourself to these CEO's to prove that CEO's are somehow entitled to make political statements to their customers? They probably are, but I don't have to support that from you and your tiny business. I just wanted fermented items, not a lecture on how politicians have failed you. As for banning me and my family from buying your products, you shouldn't have wasted your time, I wouldn't even take a free sample from you. Interesting business model, offend your customer with political rhetoric and then ban them and their family from ordering your products. Good luck with your company and continue to do you, and we will see how well that works out for you.

I’ve was actually a long time customer, usually ordering every quarter. My last order I noticed that the lemonade products were noticeably different. No fizz or carbonation. Even left the product out for 2 days (company advice) and none of them formed any carbonation like the fermentation process would. The lemonade also tasted different. Upon contact the company of the problem to refund or replace, Lauren Mones emailed me back and said she never gives refunds. Insisted her product is fine. I emailed back that I did not feel that was an acceptable solution. She then emailed a rude email that she basically doesn’t care. Well, she lost a customer.

The products ordered came without any ice packs and were NOT ok to consume. Reaching out to inquire, I was answered by the owner that her products are “the best on the market”. That’s it. Nothing more. Then she called to threaten me with legal action for filing a dispute with my credit card company. She went on my personal business page to leave me 1 star reviews wherever she could. This woman is nuts, and I would never support this business as or anyone who treats people like this.

Not only were the products spoiled when they arrived because Lauren decided to mail perishable food products to Las Vegas experiencing 100+ degree weather without a single ice pack, the harassment received afterwards because she refused to refund for a return of the products that were not edible and I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company. She called and yelled and threatened. She also went as far as to leave bad reviews for my business that she has never even been a client of. This woman is unhinged. Don’t do business w her.
