The one in Moncton is wonderful. The staff are informative and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions and give advice. I would shop no where else for my animal food and supplies.
Ordered on Ebay, should have been delivered 16/08/23. After various attempted communications - via Ebay and direct eventually received delivery on 24/08/23. Don't think first order had ever been despatched. In future I will use another company for my requirements.
Part of order didn't come (claimed that the PO lost it). Replacement to be sent - didn't arrive for 10 days. When I queried it, they said it was now out of stock. So they hadn't sent it out at all.
