TERRIBLE , 45-MINS LATE, TWICE LATE
TERRIBLE experience. NEVER use this company. Taxi was MASSIVELY LATE, TWICE in a single day; 45 minutes and 20 minutes !! We booked weeks in advance and confirmed again the day prior. And we paid premium price; it was NOT CHEAP !
We waited till 12mins after the scheduled pick up time and still no taxi, no text, no call. We called dispatch to be told "Can u wait 20-25mins?". I said, "No, we cannot; we have 12 small children who have been out for a long day who are tired, crying, and we have their 12 parents waiting to collect them at our house, waiting on the street and waiting to take them to their next family appointments. Send another driver." The response was they had no other driver, so just wait. Crying kids, angry parents. Completely ruined what had been a great day prior to that.
Eventually the taxi turned up LATE 45-MINS !!
Imagine you were booking for a sporting event and this shoddy company turns up 45mins late ? Imagine u are taking kids to a birthday party ? Imagine it adults going to a concert? Imagine you are going to the airport? Its NEVER OK TO BE 45mins late.
And they were NOT CHEAP; they charged a premium price !!
I truly feel like they LIED TO ME INTENTIONALLY, and took on business that they knew they could not fulfill and knew that in advance but PERPETRATED FRAUD.
We should not accept businesses like these continuing to operate in our communities. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHODDY, DECEPTIVE BUSINESS. THEY WILL MISLEAD AND DISAPPOINT YOU, and RUIN YOUR EVENT.

Amazing ride
Sam was extremely accommodating and professional throughout the trip. The ride was comfortable, smooth, and efficient, and he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the journey. He also assisted us with our luggage, and the music selection made the experience even more enjoyable. If we book again in the future, we would be delighted to have Sam as our driver and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service.

Great service. Our driver was on time and very helpful. The communication was the company was excellent. Prompt and efficient. Our driver made sure that we were dropped off right outside our terminal reducing unnecessary walking with small children. I can highly recommend Fast Maxi.

Our flight was delayed for 2.5 hours. Fast Taxi understood our situation and made necessary arrangement to pick up from airport. Thank you. The vehicle is clean and driver is friendly. That’s all you are looking for airport transfer. Will certainly engage them again
