Bad communication and late drop off to DHL. Not accurate with timeline shipping. I have ordered many times from them but will not order again as customer service is not good .

I live in Hawaii so ordering anything is tough but shipping was super reasonable and prices were unmatched for OEM Vespa parts. I was shocked! I would always recommend Falan before any other online store

They were closed when I purchased my products but they here was no reference on the web.

Then once they reopened it took another 3 weeks until my purchase arrived even though I selected the fast shipping via DHL

Products arrived as ordered and undamaged, my only complaint is, I paid to have tires mounted on the wheels so I assumed they would also be balanced, they were not and I also don't see an option to add balancing. This resulted with me having to spend an additional $90 and drive 2 hours round trip to get them balanced, I emailed FALAN askin why the wheels were not balanced and I did not receive a response.

It was my second purchase, No problems, good service. Also, the price of the Item bought was lower in comparison to other online stores that sell the same part.

That was not the quickest delivery, but maybe because of their vacation shut-down. Communication was good, and the delivered part was good too.

The part was sent exactly as described, dispatching pretty quickly (DHL were another matter, I will use NL post in future) but the part arrived and was exactly as described no surprises no fuss. A day kater my variator was replaced and I was riding again. Which is what I needed.

Ordered Moto Nostra Windshield for my Vespa 300 GTS Supersport. Screw plus adapter didn't fit plus one piece was missing. Contacted them, it took some time to solve the issue but at the end a satisfying result.

Product ok but shipping was terrible, ordered on 16/04 with a 2 day delivery was tendered to DHL on 23/04 only after I asked where it was, you forgot to ship and blamed DHL for the delay, parcel was finally delivered on 29/04, almost two weeks later, I asked for at least shipping refund and you asked why….
I’m very happy with my purchase and I also advertised it on social media but you should be more “professional”, a mistake can happen, is not a shame….
