Do not bother wasting time with this company.
Not quite sure what kind of loan company this is if they’re legit or not. Waste of a hard search on my profile for them to say cannot verify me/account. Most providers do this efficiently with open banking. Process is check eligibility then apply which I guess is a level of deception. I was given a figure which I could obtain but then couldn’t add my bank account which I’ve had open for nearly 2 years. I would recommend using a provider like Abound, quick responses and ease of service.

Sorry that you’ve not had the best onboarding experience. We require all customers to add a bank account so that we can ensure we understand where funds are being withdrawn to and where repayments will come from.

Non existent customer service
Opened an account on Sunday the 12th and was informed my nominated bank account would need to be verified and would be done so within 5 working days. During which I have tried to contact yourselves several times, both over live chat which I have not had one response from and constantly reads as offline. And also from your complaints helpline where I left my details for a call back and have heard nothing. Non existent customer service so far, would be appreciated if someone could get back to me.

Unjust Withdrawal Block and Unreasonably High Interest Rates
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fairlo.se. Without any proper explanation, they blocked me from making future withdrawals, leaving me in a difficult financial situation. Despite reaching out for clarification, I was given no clear reason for the restriction.
On top of that, their interest rates are unreasonably high, making it seem like they’re just profiting off of people’s financial difficulties. This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend using Fairlo.se to anyone looking for fair and reliable financial services.

i have just had a reply from fairlo and…
i have just had a reply from fairlo and despite numerous emails they still refuse to answer any questions i put to them and they are being deliberately obstructive in this matter. Also despite asking numerous times for them to contact me to discuss their unfair and unreasonable decision they continue to be deliberately rude. This company does not even deserve one star and they dont want your custom and its pot luck whether they say yes or no as they dont look at your application fairly or properly.
