Extremely disappointing experience
I joined this driving school in Hannover after seeing their perfect 5.0 Google rating and assumed they were a professional and trustworthy institution. Unfortunately, my real-life experience is completely different.
It has now been over four months since I registered, and I am still waiting for a practical driving test date. Every time I asked, the school told me to contact TÜV, but TÜV clearly confirmed that driving schools themselves are fully responsible for scheduling exams. So I am left being sent back and forth with no result, and until today nobody from the school has contacted me proactively.
From my experience, it feels like the school is accepting more students than they can realistically handle, which leads to long waiting times, unnecessary extra lessons, and additional costs.
What is even more concerning: on Google they still show a perfect 5.0 rating. My previous review was already taken down after they filed a complaint, and I strongly believe other students’ negative feedback is being removed in the same way. This makes the Google rating completely misleading. Interestingly, here on Trustpilot their score is only 3.2, which seems much closer to reality.
I came to Hannover on a professional driver visa, and I explained from the beginning that I urgently need my license conversion for work. While the staff were very helpful when taking the registration fee, the service afterwards has been unacceptable.
This review reflects my personal and direct experience with this school, and I am writing it so others – especially foreigners – are aware before they register.
