Customer service is terrible! I have been trying to reactivate my account and due to some bug in your system I cannot contact the dermatologist anymore. This is one of your core products that I have paid for and I don’t have access anymore. Fix this or refund me!

I was given a face wash, the serum for acne, moisturizer, and I got the sale offer of the BHA since that was recommended to me upon checkout. Luckily I tried each item one by one and not all at the same time, it would have been a chaos if I tried everything at once. First I tried the serum for acne, I used it for 3weeks, I followed how it's supposed to be used but I did not see any improvement on my skin. By the 2nd week I added the moisturizer, its too thick, when I apply it after the serum, my hands/fingers are getting stuck on my face because the moisturizer is too thick. I also have a theory that this moisturizer causes more acne on my face that's why the serum did not work while I was using the moisturizer with it. I stopped the moisturizer, then I tried the facial cleanser, my face got all itchy and red immediately after cleansing my face!! I tried it a few times more just to make sure that it's the one causing the redness and itchiness on my face and not just a food that I have taken. But I have confirmed that the cleanser was the one causing it 😣 I stopped everything after that and I had to repait my skin barrier 😣 I bought this skincare line thinking it would help my acne and my mental health but it worsened everything!! 😣

I have been having acne since 2020 and over the years my confident dropped so bad , that I had to rely on makeup everyday before going out, it was an endless lope , makeup made my acne worse but I wouldn’t stop using it anyway.

I've always used skincare products and tried everything, but I still wasn't happy with my skin. However, as soon as I started using Formel products, I felt my skin wasn't dull anymore within the first two weeks. I've been using it for almost a month now, and I'll definitely continue.

There are really nice product, easy to apply and soft for the skin.

They sign you up automatically into some treatments in their brand. Hard to contact customer support. Too complex UI, when terminating, you have to answer 5 step questionnaire (this is illegal by the way). Really bad user experience.

Feels like a scam. They never sent me a letter with the prescription, so I waste 19 euros. Support does not help at all. I use it as an emergency and at the end I had to go to another doctor.

I was a client for about 5 months. It was not possible to get in touch with a doctor, even though I paid for it. A customer support seems to be a bot, contacted multiple times without a success.
In the end I felt ignored, regularly billed with no improvement to my skin problem.
