The person assigned to me took care of it within a couple of days. Since I recently moved to Australia and still not confident doing this myself, I am grateful how easy it was and speedy with them.

My tax return experience
I thought it was a convenient way for me to do my tax return online since did not have to go to an office and wait in line or book an appointment. And it was easy to do and did not take long at all. Plus the tax accountant was really helpful and responsive to any enquiry you have with it. Many thanks!

I filed my taxes with them already on 6 July 2026.
I paid them also at the spot.
But I heard ZERO back from the ATO !!!
And ZERO from Ezy Tax Blue !!!
I am stuck overseas.
I REGRET dealing with Ezy Tax Blue !!!!!

Estimates entirely wrong
Had my tax return done with Ezytax for the first time. Platform not too bad when you use, there are a few things to figure out. Also doesn’t give you a an estimate of your return when you done as an accountant needs to review. Well…. The accountant did review and I was happy with the outcome but somehow that did not match the return from the ATO, less than half of what the Ezytax accountant stated and then has the nerve to say keep this for your records. Poorest experience I’ve ever had doing a return. I suppose you get what you pay for but then $99 is not that cheap either ☹️
