Responsive & knowledgeable customer service with a terrible return policy

I ordered an Orion Battery Management System. I called them to make sure that I was ordering the correct problem for my configuration. I purchased the product configuration they specified, it was not compatible with my setup. After re-explaining my requirements they confirmed that it was wrong config and told me what I needed instead. They demanded a 15% restocking fee to cover their mistake.

On a positive note, their custom service has been very responsive to technical questions and they do seem to understand the products they are selling. They just have an outdated concept of customer service.
