Had a shipping issue with my order(package was either stuck or missing), Seb who was handling my ticket contacted the shipping courier to confirm that the order was indeed lost, and he replaced my order right away.

Thanks Seb for the quick fix.

I am in Canada so maybe that changes things but delivery was 5 business days. I was going exchange sizes they sent me a label to return my product in seconds.

I changed my mind I linked the snug fit. The stuff is comfortable looks good and I make it look good. They should sponsor me some freebies to post on my gram.

Ordered few items with them few weeks ago and Items still not delivered. Pre order items didn’t say anything on the name of the product. You’ll not know which one is pre order items. You’ll end up buying those items and will wait forever. They will promise to send it by the end of the week and new weeks come in and still nothing. Save yourself some stress and stay away.

I waited over a month for my order with absolutely no follow-up or communication from support. Multiple attempts to contact them went unanswered. In the end, my wife had to file a chargeback through the credit card company because nothing was delivered and nobody replied.

At this point, it honestly feels like they rely on new customer orders to finance previous ones. If products are delayed or made-to-order, just be transparent and call it a pre-sale instead of wasting customers’ time and money.

Ordered workout clothes from Everyday Better Club and received a damaged item.

Their return system is broken and falsely says the item was already returned, which is not true.

I contacted customer service multiple times (email and Instagram) and had to chase them for days just to get a response.

Very disappointing experience — poor customer service and no resolution so far.

I recently ordered clothes from Everyday Better Club and had them shipped to Spain. At no point during the checkout process was I informed about the additional customs clearance fees on top of the already significant shipping fee.

Upon delivery I was charged €72 on top of the shipping fees I had already paid, a significant and completely unexpected cost. To make things worse, one of the items doesn't fit and I am now unable to return it as the return shipping and fees would make it financially pointless.

When reaching out to the company requesting reimbursement, they only offered store credit - meaning I would have to pay the same additional delivery fees if I want to use the credits. I was hoping this could be solved in a better way as I think the product itself is decent - the issue is purely the lack of upfront communication for international customers.

I would strongly advise anyone outside the US to factor in potential import duties before ordering (and potentially returning any product), as this is not mentioned anywhere during the order process.
