From our very first contact, Kazim was incredibly responsive and attentive. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and built the trip around our wishes, with great flexibility and attention to detail.

Throughout the trip, he remained consistently available and responsive. This became particularly important when we experienced an unexpected problem with the gullet. What impressed us most was the way Kazim handled the situation: he was responsible, transparent and honest, and immediately put maximum effort into finding a solution. Even in a difficult and stressful moment, he reassured us that he would take care of it and make sure we were not left without an alternative.

Once the issue was resolved, everything was excellent. We absolutely loved our time on the gullet and had a wonderful experience in Cappadocia. The combination of beautiful places, well-organised experiences and Kazim’s constant support made the trip truly special.

We are a family of four from Italy with two teenage daughters and we wanted to show them the beauty of India.

Rajesh and Kush from Veda Tours were absolutely outstanding. From the very first contact, they were super responsive, helpful and attentive, and assisted us at every moment. They created a perfect itinerary for our Agra and Rajasthan tour, with an amazing mix of culture, history and fun.

A couple’s trip perfectly organised by Diletta! ❤️

Thanks to her invaluable advice, we were able to fit everything we wanted to experience into just two weeks, exploring Bali, Gili Trawangan and Labuan Bajo.

Together with Diletta, we designed a perfectly balanced itinerary: during the first six days, we explored central and northern Bali, then travelled to Labuan Bajo, continued with a few relaxing days on Gili Trawangan, and finally returned to Bali to discover the southern part of the island, while staying conveniently close to the airport for our flight home.

Thanks to Evaneos, we enjoyed truly authentic experiences, taking part in excursions organised with local people and away from mass tourism. This was definitely one of the aspects that made our trip even more special.

The agency is really serious and supportive in every aspects. They fulfilled the program and it looks like they selected very good collaborators. It's important when you travel with a small baby.

Oman is a beautiful country featuring genuine hospitality, kind people, and breathtaking natural landscapes. The comprehensive tour by car from North to South (Salalah) allowed us to explore the country in depth. We recommend to travel in January due to the cool weather, perfect for sightseeing and for the sea as well.
Our guide, Salah, is a man of great experience and passionate about his country. He led us through local food, breathtaking views and local experiences, among which a lunch with a family and a surprise picnic during desert crossing. And also the best driver ever!
the tour with Miracle an Agency(via Evaneos) been amazing, customized according to our requests and planned with expertise. We would have appreciated more care by our agent during the planning phase: requests had to be repeated several times, and we experienced some communication delays (i.e. final confirmation letter issued just few days before departure, no availability for a pre-departure briefing, unexplained program changes, some errors in the plan).
Nevertheless, the tour itself was great. We have travelled in great confort.
The selection of hotels, b&bs and sea resorts for our 16-day-trip through the whole country was perfect.
The 4x4 vehicle provided was perfect to ensure comfortable travel also during the rough desert-crossing leg.

Outstanding experience traveling around Australia, thanks to the organization and support of Evaneos and the local agency. We were able to make the most out of all the destinations we visited. The planning of the trip was timely and in accordance to our requirements (e.g., small groups for tour guides when possibile); the hotels chosen were in a strategic location for the tours pick up so this made the experience very smooth.
