I had a problem with a new fridge frezer after one month. After several phone calls with the company of the fridge and still no response I went back into the store Eureka Ondara and explained the situation to Lorena.At this point I had had no fridge working for two weeks and lost the contents. Lorena listened to me and helped resolve the problem straight away organising for a replacement fridge. She was very helpful and extremely sympathetic of my situation I really appreciated her help and I now have my replacement fridge on the same day all thanks to Lorena.Many thanks Carol

Product is great, cheap but most important the delivery was free and the easiest delivery I’ve had since living in the mountains. Normally people refuse to come to me but the driver was really lovely. Whole experience a breeze .

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from this shop, but it turned out to be completely unsuitable. It is too strong and difficult to move, especially on carpets. Since I am in Germany, I contacted their customer support multiple times to request a return and refund. However, they keep delaying the process by asking for the same information over and over again—order number, serial number, and my address—even though I have already provided it several times.

It feels like they are just trying to avoid processing my return. They should have all my details in their system, yet they act as if they don’t. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service. Beware of this shop—they make returns unnecessarily difficult and seem to be misleading customers. I regret my purchase and would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a Kenwood kmix from the company at a much reduced price advertised with possible superficial damage.
The item was perfect with only damage to the box. The communication was good throughout.
The item was double pack wrapped. I would recommend and use the company again.

I made a mistake and added the wrong post code and the hob was sent to Barcelona! However Eureka started a new order and it arrived at our address, I thought I may be charged for the extra delivery, but I was not.

Everything was very good, except that delivery was planned for Monday 26 of August and did not take place until 2 days later. The shipping company sent us messages to say they had called us when there was no record of a call, and they did not call back when they said they would.

My order did not arrive on time. I called them and they told me that there was a problem at the courier company. And they fixed the problem. I received my order without problem at the end. My only note is if they had acted proactively and informed me about the shipment problem before I asked, it would have been smoother. Anyway at final, I am OK
