Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 39 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently encounter significant difficulties with withdrawals and payouts. Many people report their winnings are denied or accounts zeroed out, often after meeting wagering requirements or winning from free promotions. Reviewers describe being unable to cash out funds, with the company often citing reasons like using too many free spins between deposits or requiring additional deposits. This generates considerable frustration. Furthermore, people experienced issues with the verification process, sometimes involving repeated documentation requests before payouts were denied. Customers also noted that the website's terms regarding free spins and deposits were often unclear or inconsistently applied, leading to unexpected denials. These problems contribute to a perception of reluctance to pay out.

Ran it up to the required $20 minimum cash out.
Once I requested the payout, they emailed saying that my winnings were voided.

What I didn’t like is the freebies are nothing you won’t get paid fact and it…

What I didn’t like is the fact and it still says daily free spins or free to note it you know they’re now never or have never had to be a deposit. Then I win and I try to cash out a deposited with this company multiple times however they wouldn’t cash the little measly hundred dollars or 50 or whatever it was out because I had played the daily free games too many days.

Bad experience.

I signed up and after a couple of glitches, the site showed me six welcome bonuses. Every single one of the bonuses failed to activate, for differing reasons. I decided to carry on anyway and tried to deposit, which gave an error message. I went to live support and their AI bot "Murphy" apologised and didn't respond to any further input. Maybe I was just unlucky but other casino sites worked perfectly, Eternalslots was a shockingly bad experience.

Total scam played the no deposit bonus…

Total scam played the no deposit bonus cleared wagering requirements went thriught the whole verification process the after all that they then ask for a $10 verification deposit. Asked several times to have account closed and personal info deleted they said they jad then send me an email asking me to send them a verification deposit yet again. Save your time. I would've rather kit $20.09 than had wasted the time to deal.with these frauds.thisnia the emails that mind comes after they finished verifying my documents and id the un mentioned wait till the very end of the hurdles thus little number. I made a couple deposits and won a small amount. I tried to cash out and got denied because I made a deposit on a coupon. If you were not allowed to do it, why take my money in the 1st place. Then void all the bonuses.

Scammers

Scammers — a horrible way to treat a customer! They wiped out all my bonus winnings simply because, apparently, you can’t “buy features” on the slots. Do not waste your hard-earned money here!

After so many cashouts.

After so many cashouts.. they will cut off they're site terms which clearly states you are allowed 10 freebies in between deposits.. but apparently if you cashout a few times in the freebies they can just change that rule whenever they want and start only giving 1 freebie per deposit.. on 30$ max cashout.. I need the rest of my "forever" daily spins atleast ... But no I think I'm done playing here.. done one more 10$ deposit just to be sure.. and they are still only allowing me one promotion..( EDIT UPDATE) it gets WORSE. Decide to deposit here again and again hoping that they will let my free play chances go back to normal but after about 3 more deposits scammed... On the 3rd deposit up deposit.. they lock out roulette.. to be the only thing on site that doesent load the only thing I play.. and blackjack was only letting me play 5$ a hand and I STILL had no chance... These guys I don't know what there problem is but they have become SUPER SCAM.

Should be called Casino of Deceit

I gave them a two just because I did not want my one star to not be impactful and contested. This establishment is deceitful, and I have had hours upon hours wasted by following their play through guidelines. Once I make it through their exponentially higher than most like establishments play through and request a withdrawal on more than one occasion they have lied and said that it was declined because it was won on free bonus that I was not entitled too. Then my question is why did you make them available? To waste my time because it’s exactly what they did. I highly recommend to stay away from this establishment as well as Mr. O. Casino and any other affiliates. THEY ARE GREEDY AND ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. DO NOT LET THEM DECEIVE YOU

So i really wanted to trust this casino…

So i really wanted to trust this casino but unfortunately they're a scam just like alot of them. I won $60 on a coupon for free spins that they provided, when I tried cashing out they denied my request and drained the funds saying that the coupon code i won off of was already used from someone at the same ip address. I am the only one that plays slots at my house and I did not use the code more than once. So long story short they just didnt want to pay me once I had won. Shame on them, they just lost a customer.

DO NOT PLAY

I put 4 because that site was a good fun site to use, and so this gets seen. But when I went to go withdraw I was denied because I used more than 50 coupons without a deposit. I barely opened my account like two days ago so that’s false. VERY Disappointing. I don’t recommend you play on this site.

Claiming to give lifetime daily free spins but that is a lie, even if you wager your 10 fs winnings 40x they will still not let you withdraw.

After some time the promised lifetime daily free spins stop comming as well.

Garbage casino scam

Garbage casino scam. They offer you free spins and when you actually win and get through the playthru and then win again, they say you have used to many free spins between deposits and then 0 out your account. Also they offer to transfer your VIP status from other platforms. However not until you deposit a lump sum of 200.00. I hope this place gets what it deserves.
