Tesla only car rental service. Rental is fully online. Works great when the app is working. Sadly no telephone support.

They charged me 100€ and they told me I have to pay more than 300€ more. Why do the most of car renters according to the comments here and on google reviews experienced a lot fo extra costs???? Why are you available in Vienna office in Handelskai? Why are you available on office?

They tow my car!!! They asked me to pay 450 euros!! For what??? I parked the car right!!! It s not my problem!!!

When your problem is, they will f@£&k you till you fix it, but if it their problem, they will lying, you have to forgetting that if the problem from their side.

The app has some problems. The prices are higher than some competitors. It's difficult to see damage when starting rent at nighttime, there is constant fear that I might have missed some scratch or similar and will be fined for what others caused.
The cars are fine, when the app works, it's intuitive and quick enough.

One of the best car sharing experience I’ve ever had. Obviously great cars, good coverage, and a green option. Registration could be smoother.

The Cars are great and in a good shape, app is easy to use, prices are ok.

When you don’t own a car a need to get around or out of Vienna in a sustainable way ELOOP car-sharing is a great option. Also with its fleet of Tesla vehicles is possible to do longer trips as well without recharging. The cars are in good condition and available at many locations. I hope the UI of the app gets tweaked for better readability regarding the buttons and type (bright turquoise and white don’t work that well together). All in all I can recommend this service.

Their app is easy to use and made it a breeze to register for the service. I registered as a user prior to a trip to Vienna from abroad and the whole process was super simple and efficient. Needless to say that no other company offers a fleet entirely made out of Tesla vehicles.

Top full service included. Always loaded. Cleaned. And no parking fees in Vienna - because they are already prepaid.

Excellent car experience! Very clean

You can get charged extra for returning car below 20km left, and you don't get any warning message for this that you must put it on charger, and this is 100EUR extra. Or 200 EUR for less than 5km.
They replied its technically not possible to get warning in app?! Doesn't sound like excuse at all.
They said also battery can get damaged in this cases, than why you dont get message and keep battery safe?!
Also, they are quite unpolite and passive aggressive while contacting support.

Great service, super & very clean cars. Plus it’s good for the environment to use an EV.

They charged me unrightfully 75 euros for leaving the car dirty and as a proof they attached a picture of an unopened can and the can holder full of some liquid. It was obviously NOT mine but they didn't care. First they asked if i noticed anything suspicious during my (5 minute) ride and i naively said no and even helpfully explained what i actually remembered. After that came the email about the fine. They wouldn't listen to reasoning. So advice: do NOT use them, if you don't want to be blamed for someone else's mistake, or maybe just lie and say that the dirt / damage / etc was already there? Try the competitors, they might not pull a fast one on you.
