Ordered Samsung HW-Q990f soundbars on 24th November. Decided to cancel order on 26th, support told to send request to "administracion". The request got updated to "delivered" a few hours later. A few days after sending the request my account was apparently deleted. 2nd Dec, reached out for support "the bank is requesting information that the order has been cancelled" (weird...). Sent another email on 4th Dec to "info" and "administracion" mail addresses requesting an update on the refund. To this date, issue not solved nor reply received.

Update (9 Dec): got in contact with support, they apologised and initiated a refund. Will update once cleared.

Update(10 Dec): got the refund. Seems it was really a combination of high season, too much going on, that lead to the misunderstandings. After all this, I would now confidently buy from electrouno again!

Compré un televisor en Electrouno y la experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. El proceso de compra fue muy fluido, sin ningún tipo de problema. La información en la web era clara, el pago sencillo y el seguimiento del pedido muy preciso. El envío llegó incluso antes de lo esperado, en perfectas condiciones y bien embalado. Sin duda, repetiré con ellos en futuras compras. Muy recomendable.

I bought a TV from Electrouno and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The purchase process was smooth and problem-free. The website information was clear, payment was easy, and the order tracking was accurate. Delivery was even faster than expected, and the TV arrived in perfect condition, well packaged. I’ll definitely buy from them again in the future. Highly recommended.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE – Fraud

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max 500GB from Electrouno, with delivery to Valencia. Instead, I received a broken bottle of perfume. The store refused to provide a refund and has not cooperated to resolve the issue.

After this experience, I seriously doubt the authenticity of their positive reviews. Be very careful if you’re considering buying from them.

Here are the full details:
• Feb 17: Order placed and paid by card. Confirmation received. Delivery promised in 3 days.
• Feb 21: I began contacting support to ask for a tracking number. They told me to wait, but never provided any tracking info (I have screenshots).
• Feb 26: They claimed it was sent “by post” but still gave no tracking number.
• Feb 27: The package was delivered without my presence along with other parcels. When I opened it, I found a broken perfume bottle instead of a phone.
• Feb 28: Only after the delivery, a tracking number appeared in my Electrouno account. The shipping company was MRW.

I found another Google review from Barcelona showing the same issue on the same dates — a phone ordered, but a perfume bottle received. Electrouno claims they’ve never had problems with MRW, which is clearly not true.

They also claimed the shipment was insured, but later refused any responsibility and did not provide the IMEI number when I asked.

It might be not shop, but delivery fraud, but shop does not want to help, so it seems they are working together.

I have a lawyer and plan to file a police report.

Fast delivery and good price for Airpods Pro.

We purchased a Samsung OLED S95D via Electrouno. There were originally delivery problems from Samsung itself because the product was temporarily unavailable.
Once the device was available again, Electrouno immediately did what was necessary to deliver the television. Appointments were made with Eric and everything went smoothly as planned!

Bought AirPods around 6 PM, and texted their customer support and got connected to the legendary Fernando, super quick and efficient. Told him my situation, my flight got pushed up so was afraid I would not get delivery. 30 minutes later the shipment was literally on its way and I received them at 10 AM the following morning. Amazing!

Delivery of AirPods took literally 1 day. Original devise and that was the lowest price on the market. Absolutely recommended.

Looks like this is one of those companies that is doing well, so far so good. But, if any problem arises, they will not help you in any way, and you will most likely lose your money. They could not fulfil my order (N037917) for a month under various fictitious pretexts, and with great difficulty, I managed to get my money back. If you value your nerves, choose another store

Bought EUR1900 worth drone that I did not receive and the refund was not issued even after chargeback procedure was raised with this bank

I bought an OLED TV from Electrouno.es. The chat agent who I talked with before the delivery of the TV was very attentive and was able to speak English (I can't speak Spanish yet). And the TV was delivered on time. The service people installed the TV without any problem.

I received my new tv with the help of customer service team they were very helpful thank you 😊

Tv Delivered as promised - tax free available - Fernando keeps good communication - had some concerns due to bad reviews though but I confirm over 2k transaction ended well after all
