Very good experience overall.

Very good experience overall.

The skateboard feels well built, shipping was fast, and customer support has been excellent. I had an issue with one motor cable after relatively low usage, and the support team responded quickly, professionally, and without unnecessary back-and-forth. They immediately arranged a replacement motor and clearly guided me through the replacement process.

One of the reasons I chose Elwing/Ritmic was because the company is based in Europe, and in my experience that decision paid off. Having responsive support and real warranty assistance makes a big difference.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the company and can definitely recommend them.

Elwing Ritmic Duo - Versatile ebike

The Elwing Ritmic Duo is a very versatile ebike! It was the perfect fit for our family. The Vespa-style seat works well for my older child, but also for my wife when we get the opportunity for a date night. In addition, the customer service has been prompt and accommodating.

As of 12/02/2026, I have not received my e-bike although it was ordered 4 weeks ago.

costumer service

I heard the costumer service was great, but my experience was just devine. Very helpfull, quick, polite. It's also a great product and very powerfull uphill and in acceleration.
