LIke everyone else has said - scam company whose website now no longer works. I thought it was suspicious that updates would happen every 2 days and my package was claimed to have been delivered Have started the chargeback process under by credit card provider. days ago but of course this is nonsense.

This company is a scam. Neither the email address or the phone number exists. The address is also fake and can be found listed under K-Line, too. The New Scam Site called GalaxyExpress.
How is wish I did my research before buying what I bought from tiktok I have been scammed i ordered from this fake website Geruikang and they sent out a fake shipping information i waiting for 15 days only to show the day after tomorrow as delivered and I never received any parcel. They used this fake shipping company named easyshipsping.com all fake i have sent email upon email it returned as error. No phone number. Nothing.
This is a scam! It shows delivered and it has never made it. Now the seller and all links to my order are missing from Shopify.
It’s a scam. It says that my package was delivered at 10:20PM today and it is only 9:12AM right now as I am writing this review. Fake tracking information no contact number fake emails. This site needs to be shut down asap before anyone else looses any money to these pricks.

This company has no email address that works. All of the addresses return as errors. My parcel is delivered according to them but nothing was dropped off. Absolute hogwash

This is a major scam operation connected to docmaciver.com a business operated out of Spain from an incomplete address. This company's office is an apartment in a block in Miami. Offers look legitimate until you start asking questions. My Italian wines billed by Visa to German company Kaufhalle Gmbh (ceased trading) now being shipped from China. The company uploads false shipping information to Track17 (another Chinese scam). The objective is to delay you from initiating a charge back on your credit card.
Update. I have manage to get the DNS hoster to block this URL and that of docmaciver.com. There are still other scam sites operating and the hosts are slow to take them offline.

They lied about delivering my package from China to the U.S. It listed as having been delivered "to my mailbox" yet the package is too big to fit in any mailbox.
Their customer service is non-existent. Their email address is fake, their phone number non-existent and their "contact form" on their website will not complete the process of sending to them.
I am missing my package and have no way to find out more or get help. Very frustrating and causes me to have zero trust in this company.
My only recourse was to dispute the charges with my credit card company (they issued a temporary refund pending an investigation into the company) and be reimbursed so the scammers can’t profit.
