My bill went from 40 euros to 170 euros. I imdeiately switched to naturgy and my bill went back to 40 euros approx.
Plenitude had me lured with a low tariff, and after theyear contract they raised their tarrifs for me.

Professional Company with Professional Employees
Hi Ive had a contract with the company for a number of years and I personnel feel with the experience dealing with the personal which I have been in touch with is excellent and very professional with helping me with any problem Ive had.
Not only did Marcos make me feel at ease, relaxed and comfortable with are conversation it just made my mind up that I was with the right electrical supplier and will continue plus will recommend to other people.
I would just like to say I hope all the other employees with the company have the same professional attitude as Marcos has which am sure they have.

Plenitude represantative sold me more expensive contract that was promised. I was told that with new contract i start paying 20% less but the reality was that i had to pay 30% more. When i addressed the issue then nobody cared nor respond to my concerns.
