Our experience with Energreen has been very positive, starting right from the first contact. The sales representative who visited us at home was very attentive, took the time to fully understand our needs, and proposed a solution that was genuinely adapted to our usage, which immediately built trust.
We chose Energreen for the installation of home batteries and an EV charger, using Sigenergy products. The equipment quality is excellent, and the installation was carried out professionally and neatly.
Another strong point is the project management. A dedicated project manager was assigned, which made the whole process clear and well structured. We also ordered a remote EMS system to optimize electricity buying and selling. After a few months of real-life use, we realized the solution wasn’t fully suited to our consumption profile.
What really stood out is how this was handled. Our project manager, AG, took the time to analyze the situation, provided clear and transparent explanations, and ensured the issue was properly amended from a commercial point of view. He is very reactive, thoughtful, and always clear in his communication.
Overall, Energreen combines good listening at the sales stage, strong technical execution, and excellent follow-up. A reliable partner for long-term energy solutions.

My experience with Energreen Hoogezand was very positive and it confirmed my long held belief that it is important to choose a provider not just for the cheapest offer, but to choose one who has a good reputation to provide after sales service. My inverter failed (machines do fail!) and even though it was around two years ago that the solar panel system was installed, Energreen Hoogezand arranged for a replacement without fuss and under guarantee. Similarly some 4 weeks later another issue unrelated to the inverter happened and again without any fuss this issue was resolved quickly. I have had no problems whatsoever since that date and I would unconditionally recommend Energreen Hoogezand for your Solar Panel requirements.

3 years ago this company installed me solar panels. In July the inverter breaks and I have no production of energy. So I open a case with Energreen. After two weeks of remote investigation they conclude the inverter is broken and order the part in warranty.
After 20 emails never replied and several calls of complaints, finally after a months they plan an appointment to replace the part. The appointment suggests “as from 8am”.
Nobody shows up at 12, so I call them. They tell me that “most likely” the techician will pass today. To wait and see.
At 4pm I receive a call apologising for the delay: the technician will come at 6pm.
Of course nobody showed up and no calls received.
I will call again to plan yet a new appointment another day, wasting again time and lots of energy I am not producing for months.
By the way, they even dare to ask me money to replace a broken part in warranty.

This is a bunch of unprofessionals that do not respect their customers. Stay away.

I strongly advise against using this company. After repeated calls and long waits, our first installation has still not been completed. There is a complete lack of coordination between the commercial team, the installation crew, and the planning department. The service has been marked by no responsiveness, very poor administrative follow-up, and no clear communication. At present, we are left with an installation that does not work, and when we ask for a plan to resolve the issue, we receive no answer at all. For these reasons, I recommend avoiding this company entirely.

I am a recurring client (Second installation) and I have to admit I was very surprised for this second installation by the lack of reactivity and the very poor coordination of the administrative services. I have an installation which is not functioning and when I enquire what is the plan to correct this, I have just no answer. Please avoid this company.

Zero responsibility! There was a WiFi issue with a new product. I reached out for support, hoping they’d come to fix it, but they demanded 100 EUR. Shockingly, no apology for the faulty product!
