Had Andrew onsite to attend a repair, very helpful and knowledgeable. Worked efficiently and gave feedback of progress throughout. Would highly recommend.
Abigail from Business Admin was also really helpful and gave speedy responses. The need for a repair was flagged and the response time was within 30 minutes of the initial email. A repair visit was arranged within 2 days of the initial email.

Engineer Adam attended as arranged, Kept in contact through the day and during each task onsite. Performed additional needed tasks on site also whilst awaiting collaboration with another company.

We recently had Joe carrying out the calibration of one of our MediaWells, and the service was excellent from start to finish.
Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and kept communication clear throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all questions I had thoroughly.
The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, giving us confidence that the equipment is performing correctly. Don Whitley has an excellent customer service and technical support.

Dan Lovell came to service our media preparators and plate stackers, and also various anaerobic cabinets. I find him very polite and competent, always approachable and knowledgeable. We had a problem after he had left, and he came back straight away after I phoned him. The company as a whole also always provide excellent service.

Recently had Adam out to solve a workstation issue.
He is prompt, personable, reliable and keeps us fully informed. If any issue cannot be solved on the initial visit he always follows up.
I have always had good support from the engineers and office staff.

Great work from Martin P. (Engineer from DW), came to service some of our autoclaves and as always was exceptional. Working around our team needs and helping with any questions or issues. Great knowledge in all related equipments.

We've had both Callum M & Dan L on site recently. Both have been incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Response times to queries, from admin and engineer's is prompt. In my experience all the DWS team are always happy to help.

As ever be it a visit for an issue with a piece of equipment or a preventative maintenance visit, the Don Whitley team are prompt, professional and thorough. It is always a pleasure to work with the team.

Adam visited the lab the same day we raised an issue. He promptly fixed the issue with our cabinet and got us back up and running immediately.

We recently had Dan service our mixed gas workstations and media maker, he was excellent from start to finish. Dan was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the systems (we had an issue earlier in the week which he helped us to fix remotely). He identified a potential issue before it became a real problem, and made sure everything was running safely and efficiently before leaving.

Dan always has a friendly and approachable attitude and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan to anyone needing reliable servicing. A top-quality service all around.

During the annual calibration of our autoclaves, a Don Whitney staff (Martin P) discovered a fault with the autoclave set up in our lab that would not have been detected by our usual service providers.

It was a major potential hazard that had not been observed before and he dealt with it remarkably.

We are currently addressing the issue and hope to get it resolved quickly.

Many thanks for not only spotting this Health and safety concern but also helping to answer relevant questions with the hope that it get resolved to prevent injury in the future.

Rapid response to a reported issue with the anaerobic cabinet. Engineer Martyn attended on the following working day, resolved the door latch fault, and provided reassurance that the cabinet is functioning correctly.

We have worked with Don Whitley over the last 13 years, having them service our anaerobic incubator. They have always been constant professionals, highly communicative, and always quick to respond. They are real masters their craft. As a business they seem very well put together, efficient, and friendly.
