The replies to my questions from customer service on tracking and dekivery of my order were timely and helpful. The products received were cute and as described on the website.
The plushies were a bit small but incredibly cute. My girlfriend loves them and that makes it a ten in my book. Shipment was quick and with no problems to Norway

Cute pillow case, but...
The pillow case is cute, HOWEVER I ordered a pillow, not a pillow case. I understand that it is much easier to ship a pillow case to the other end of the world, but maybe it should be clearly stated on the website what is being offered and the prices should also reflect that.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you liked the design of the pillowcase, but we’re truly sorry for the confusion and disappointment regarding your order. We understand how frustrating it is to expect a complete pillow and receive only a pillowcase. Clear product descriptions and transparent pricing are important, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll take your feedback seriously as we work to improve the clarity of our product listings and ensure customers know exactly what they’re purchasing. Thank you for helping us improve. ❤️
A Birthday Surprise Made Extra Special! 🎉🐻❤️
Absolutely amazing experience with Dudububushop! I ordered a custom video for my girlfriend’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The turnaround time was incredibly quick, and their communication and responsiveness throughout the process were excellent.
They made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and the personalized video made my girlfriend’s birthday even more special. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of what they provide.
I would highly recommend Dudububushop to anyone looking for something unique, personal, and memorable. Five stars all the way! 🐻❤️

Everything went well
Everything went well, but your web site can't be loaded by web browsers when looking at the shipping tracking pages. I had to go back to my original order and find the direct link to the shipping company, and I was able to track my order there.
When trying to do shipping tracking on your site, browsers refuse to load the tracking pages saying they are insecure.
