The replies to my questions from customer service on tracking and dekivery of my order were timely and helpful. The products received were cute and as described on the website.

DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY!!! They're a bunch of scammers. I ordered a set of two plushies from them and only received one. I kept emailing them asking for the other one, but they kept saying "they're looking into it" which is absolutely a lie. Horrible experience

I definitely recommend

I definitely recommend! The communication is great, and my personalized Bubu Dudu video is wonderful! It will make a wonderful gift and souvenir. Everything was done perfectly and completed very quickly. All my requirements were taken into account. A well-deserved 5 stars!
