My experience with Dr. Altan Tekin – Highly recommended!

I had a Mommy Makeover with Dr. Altan Tekin, and overall, my experience was excellent.

There are several things I particularly appreciated.

1. Excellent value for money

The price was very reasonable considering the quality of the medical care, materials and overall service. Importantly, there were NO unexpected costs or additional payments. Not a single euro beyond what had been agreed.

2. Honesty and realistic expectations

Dr. Altan Tekin patiently answered all my questions, even when I thought I might be asking too much.

He is honest about what can realistically be achieved and doesn’t promise impossible results just to attract a patient.

3. Patient safety comes first

I wanted to add an arm lift, but doctor advised against it because he felt that doing too much in one operation would not be safe.

He could easily have agreed to charge me more, but he put my safety first. This told me a lot about his priorities as a surgeon.

4. Individual approach and professional judgement

Before surgery, he asked me to show photos of the results I wanted to achieve. He understood my expectations and used them as a reference when planning my breast augmentation.

During surgery, he carefully assessed and tried different implant sizes to determine what would work best for my body. I really appreciated that he used his professional judgement rather than simply following a predetermined plan.

He uses high-quality materials, and I also received the official implant documentation and warranty.

5. Outstanding organisation and communication

Everything was very well organised, from the initial communication and airport transfers to medical examinations, hospital admission and surgery.

A special mention goes to the coordinator Hazal, who welcomed me with such warmth and friendliness that it felt like meeting an old friend rather than visiting a clinic for the first time.

6. Excellent postoperative care

The support didn’t end when the operation was over. I had regular dressing changes and consultations with the doctor every other day until my departure.

Dr. Tekin remained accessible and patiently answered what probably felt like a million questions from me!

I honestly expected the surgeon to be less available, so this level of personal attention was a very pleasant surprise.

Clinic stays in touch with me after departure to control the healing process and assist.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Altan Tekin to my friends and family.

For me, a good surgeon is not just someone who can perform a beautiful operation. It is someone who is honest, puts patient safety before profit, uses quality materials and genuinely cares about their patients.

I found all of these qualities in Dr. Altan Tekin.

Amazing treatment Came here for revision procedure. The doctor and his team were lovely and so kind. They were always happy to answer questions and gave me so much of their time. I’m so pleased I decided to have upper and lower eyelid surgery performed by Dr.Tekin. I had a breast lift April 2026, everything has been wonderful. From reaching out to get a quote to healing. I researched and contacted multiple surgeons and Dr. Tekin stood out. He wanted to have a video chat to talk through the procedure and then sent me a quote shortly afterwards. Hazel was amazing staying in contact with me and answering all of my questions. My husband and daughter tagged along with me and they were so welcoming and took care of them offering drinks and snacks while at the hospital waiting for me. Even 6 months later hazel checks in and makes sure everything is still going great. If you’re looking for a surgeon I highly recommend them, they treat you like family!

Went to dr Altan Tekin for upper eyelid surgery my experience was first class … made me feel safe and comfortable though out the experience and my eyelids look great… would recommend dr Altan Tekin

If I could give this doctor 10 stars I would. Honest, professional, likeable, extremely skilled. Genuine and kind people. Very reasonable pricing. My wife had underwent deep plane neck and lower face lift in September of 2026. So far, the result appears to be better than she had ever hoped for. After arriving back in the US we had received an email from their office asking for photos to see the progress. Next year, I'm getting rid of bags under my eyes with Dr. Tekin. My wife doesn't want to use anyone else for any future procedures.

I had upper blepharoplasty last summer with Dr Altan, my eyes are amazing and virtually invisible scarring. I return in 2 weeks for a deep plane face,neck and temporal Brow lift - i cannot wait!
I have now had many friends have different surgery's because of my recommendations and they too look amazing!! Hands of an Angel!!

Far from great is an understatement. The surgeon has botched my leg, ignored blood test results that have affected my surgery. I am now having to have correction surgery and a skin graft. I cannot walk. My legs are worse than before. The director Deniz of Medworld where I booked this through has also said this. I have a 10x10 cm wound in my leg and the other leg is opening . I have no skin just open red tissue showing now and puss . The hospital care was shocking, they wouldn’t even clean up my sick and made my friend do it. They didn’t check on me or do my OBS all night. They forgot to take out the cannula in my arm when they discharged me. My doctor has said this is a case of terrible work from the surgeon. That I have been so unlucky. They will be nice and take your money at the beginning but then ignore you. The surgeon will not reply to my messages or photos, not even an apology. All they have offered is I fly back to turkey and they re stitch it however it cannot be restitched my doctor has advised it needs corrective work/ a skin graft and I cannot fly I am super prone to infection now and it will get bigger they said .i can’t walk either due to the pain. They won’t refund me despite the director of Medworld Deniz admitting my legs are WORSE now and this shouldn’t have happened and he’s so sad for me . I have been in and out of hospital since back to the UK whilst waiting for corrective surgery. The images are so bad and gory it would not let me post them !!!! Save your body and do not go with this surgeon. This has affected my life so badly 😭😭😭😭

I travelled from Manchester, UK to see Dr Altan Tekin after a friends recommendation. I am very pleased with the service, he is very kind and he answers all your questions thoroughly. During my treatment he was very gentle and continuously checked if I was okay or if I have any worries. I run my own aesthetics clinic in Manchester therefore I did thorough research before choosing the right clinic for myself. I was very nervous about going to turkey for a liposuction surgery under my chin but I am so glad I chose this clinic as they were very supportive. The aftercare is amazing and they bring you back in to check you in person and take the time to go through all your questions and worries. I am very satisfied with my treatment results, the aftercare and with Dr Altan personally and his entire team. If you’re looking for a clinic in Antalya this is your sign to choose Dr Altan Tekin you will not regret it! 100/10

What can I say I'm speechless with my results with having a deep plane face lift, neck lift,and lower eye lid.

Lipoma removed from back and the level of care from the doctor and his staff was excellent. Pain relief and after care was first class. Six weeks ago and the scar has almost gone.

I had upper eye lid surgery with Dr Altan Tekin in Antalya and the experience was outstanding.

Dr Tekin was recommended to me by 2 people I met locally, and I can see why. From the first consultation to surgery day, his communication was amazing. He explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely safe and reassured as a solo patient.

The surgery went smoothly and recovery has been straightforward. The results look natural and exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell he’s an expert.

Firstly I would like to thank Dr Tekin and all his team. My procedure was breast implants. Like everybody I researched everything to make sure I was in the best hands. They made me feel completely relaxed. I'm now 4 weeks post surgery. I could not be more happier with the results. So professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dr Tekin, thank you again. 🙏🏽

Although I ended up canceling my brachioplasty surgery due to health reasons, I have to say that Dr Tekin and his team took so much time to go through all of my medical records and consulting with my cardiologist as well as the cardiologist and anesthesiologist there. I was absolutely impressed with their level of thoroughness and attention to my heart issues and their concern for my health. I know a lot of places would have just taken my money and performed the surgery regardless, or had me fly to Turkey, pay for a bunch of tests then deny the surgery. But Dr Tekin was very upfront (and reasonable) about the costs and risks and ultimately decided that the surgery would not be optimal for me at this time. I appreciate his team's patience with the endless messages and inquiries and will most definitely go to him when my health improves and recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Altan Tekin and his team were absolutely amazing to consult with over whats app and all platforms. They were very thorough with details and descriptions as well as guiding and helping. The surgery was 5 stars, the after-care was 5 stars and the kindness and support they had shown was beautiful. I highly recommend coming to their practice for any surgery or cosmetic needs.
