Excellent coorperation with Dragonet to fix an issue on the dragonet starter. Dragonet had quick responses to my problems and could help me very fast. They sended me a piece with fast delivery. The explanations to fix the problems were also very well explained (a mechanic is chatting with you to solve the problem step by step). I can only approve!
Today I have had the pleasure of an online meeting with Dragonet. They help with the fine tuning and program setting for our Pro machine. Alessandro could immediately see our problem and correct everything.
