I ordered a guttering part, paid delivery charge, and it never arrived. I chased and was told it was out of stock and they didn’t know when I’d get it. No one told me this and I suspect the order has just been left. It would have been zero stars but the two stars comes from my dealing with customer service as they did try to help and were sympathetic - I’m hoping to get the part next week some time. Really poor service from this company who I would not recommend despite the supposed awards.

Well don't you think you should send me the product first before asking for a review? You have my money but nothing else has happened. Perhaps I will review again if the product turns up. Perhaps you should confirm the product has arrived with the customer before asking for a review?

Got everything I need and delivery was fast and excellent

I ordered a small amount of guttering to install a rain water harvester. I asked for a Friday delivery. No sign of it. Another job put back yet another week.
I just wish that the common components were available locally. Jewsons, no. Travis Perkins, no. Interline, no!

Order made on a Friday evening and delivery was made on the following Tuesday even though the estimated delivery day was the Wednesday. Everything arrived packaged up and in good condition. Only downside was that there was no notification of delivery being dispatched or on it's way. thankfully I was at home when delivery arrived.

quick delivery with no fuss

Ordered over a month ago still no delivery.
I’ve been in contact with them 3/4 times they take your number but never get back to you.
Useless service.

Been waiting on refund for 11days now they says it’s been processed but still not in my account .
Also order was delivered with parts missing required to complete job was promised next morning delivery that was on Tuesday , Still waiting . So now had to buy from another supplier to complete job . So now waiting on refund for missing parts . Won’t hold my breath waiting on that . Never again
