Very quick in booking an appointment, asked very detailed about my ventilation, but then only spent 30 minutes actually cleaning 3 out of 6 outlets and charging full price.
After paying the full invoice, they continue sending me payment reminders. They do not reply via email (where I shared the payment confirmation) as well as a reminder that it was paid. and they do not pick up the phone.
I received a package offer from din-ventilation at the Bolig Mad Design event in BellaCenter that was supposed to include ventilation cleaning, filter replacement, and an additional service.
The ventilation cleaning was completed on September 8th for 4500kr, but that's where the service ended. Despite paying for a comprehensive package, I only received the basic cleaning.
When I contacted customer service about the missing filters, Laura assured me they would be shipped. That was over 3 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting. Either Laura has been misleading me repeatedly, or this company operates as a scam.
Given this poor experience, I have serious doubts about whether I'll ever receive the promised "extra service" that's supposedly included for the upcoming year.
My advice to others: Stay away from this company. There are plenty of reliable ventilation service providers who actually deliver what they promise. Don't waste your money or time like I did.
Update: Still no filters received as of 7th of October
