We vinden het jammer om deze review te lezen, omdat dit beeld niet klopt met hoe ons proces werkt.

Bij de aanmelding geef je actief opdracht om een docent te zoeken. Dit gebeurt via een verplicht vinkje in het formulier, naast het akkoord gaan met de algemene voorwaarden. Daarin staat ook uitgelegd wanneer koppelingskosten van toepassing zijn.

Daarnaast informeren we hier meerdere keren over:
– op de tarievenpagina
– in de voorwaarden
– en in twee bevestigingsmails direct na aanmelding

Tot het moment dat wij een docent hebben gevonden en voorgesteld, kun je kosteloos stoppen. Ook als je besluit om door te gaan met de bijles, brengen wij geen koppelingskosten in rekening.

De koppelingskosten zijn alleen van toepassing wanneer wij onze opdracht uitvoeren en een docent voorstellen, en je daarna besluit om toch niet verder te gaan.

In dit geval hebben wij een docent gekoppeld op basis van de aanvraag, waarna is besloten te stoppen. In zo’n situatie worden de kosten conform de vooraf gecommuniceerde voorwaarden in rekening gebracht.

Wij werken transparant en doen ons best om dit proces zo duidelijk mogelijk uit te leggen. Mocht je dit alsnog willen bespreken, dan nemen we graag contact met je op.

Thank you for your feedback.

We would like to clarify that you submitted a full registration form on our website, where you explicitly gave us permission to search for a suitable tutor by selecting: “I give De Bijlesgroep permission to match me with a tutor.” This is not simply a request to check prices - it initiates an actual search process, which is free until a tutor is matched.

We only charge a one-time matching fee of €35 if a tutor has been successfully matched and the lessons are then declined. This is not hidden in a long document, but stated clearly on our pricing page and directly in the form during registration.

After registration, we also reach out via phone and email to explain the process and confirm everything. In your case, the matching had already been completed before we received your cancellation.

We’re always transparent about our process and do not charge anyone without clear steps and permissions. If you still have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. We’re always happy to help clarify.
