Absolutely appalling communication
De Vries Isolatie was supposed to install underfloor insulation at our home. They convinced us to go ahead with it through a very convincing sales pitch.
After four months, an appointment was finally scheduled. However, on the first two occasions, De Vries Isolatie simply failed to show up. And this sums up the entire process: absolutely no communication.
When I contacted them myself, I received an apology and was told: “I’ll look into it for you and get back to you tomorrow.” I never heard from them again.
After another month of poor communication, two friendly contractors from an external company finally came to install the insulation. Within five minutes, however, they concluded that it was not possible to install it in our crawl space due to issues that should also have been clearly visible to the original salesperson.
In other words, because they wanted to make the sale, they failed to properly assess the situation and could have saved us months of hassle.
Conclusion: absolutely appalling communication.
