Haus was in good condition

When you look at the pictures on Danlands homepage you get the impression that the swimming pool is part of Danland. The swimming pool has nothing to do with Danland, however, Danland guests have access to the swimming pool, which is 10-minute drive from Danland. All visitors should get a swimming pass when they arrive, but we didn't get ours. The playground is small and boring. The mini golf and disc golf seem to be set up so that it can take care of itself. The main building is permanently closed, so there is no physical information in some places unless you find it yourself. Because it is not stated in anywhere.

As a separate summer house, the house itself was fine, but if a company or association is to manage it, then I expect a much higher level on all fronts.

We had a really pleasant stay at Danland in Faaborg. The apartment was nice, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent—Faaborg is a charming little town where almost everything is within walking distance. The beach and the sea are very close, and you can easily walk to the town center. This makes it an ideal place for families with small children to enjoy the sand, the water, and pleasant walks.

We especially appreciated that the terrace opens directly onto the playground. It made it easy for the children to come and go freely while we could keep an eye on them. They had a wonderful time. Overall, we highly recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.

Great place for kids and adults

We were at borkhavn danland this summer. The house was OK nothing special. But the area is fantastik. The poarch was very dirty and not a please one wanted to spend time. It rained a lot that week so it did not matter too much. However months after we left we got a bill for using a Grill which we did not use and eventhoug we have insisted that we did not use it they just keep insisting. I would never go there again.

I reserve a house and I called to them to ask what is the temperature in the apartments, nobody knew. The only answer I got is the temperature is not to freeze and also not to get too warm 😂.

Really nice location, close to the beach and the city with shops and restaurants.

We had a lovely stay with two small children. They could play very nice on the playground. The swimming pools were nice (although outside cold. But inside was fine). The location is perfect for a relaxing period of time. The accomodation was clean and fine.

I cannot recommend DanCenter/Danland based on my recent experience. Several issues made the stay very disappointing:

Washing machines: None of the washing machines were working properly, which was extremely inconvenient for a longer stay.

Hidden service charges: The pricing was not transparent at all. We were confronted with unexpected and unfair extra charges that were not clearly communicated upfront.

Cleaning policy: Even though the General Terms & Conditions state that cleaning is included, we were still expected to clean the apartment before leaving. This feels misleading and completely unreasonable. And at the end they charged us for extra cleaning.

Overall, the combination of broken facilities, unclear and unfair charges, and contradictory policies left us feeling frustrated and misled. Definitely not the standard of service you would expect when booking a holiday.

Purchased goods from danlang got response but not addressing the issue throw out all sorts of confusion feeling like you are left with goods nothing can be done.I advice strongly stay away from this company I always put my faith in companies and mostly can resolve any issues but danlang so ignorant of a customer.

The facilities provided by the holiday home was as expected and promised.

It is confusing to receive correspondence in either Dutch or sometimes a mix of Dutch and English and sometimes with Danland as sender and sometimes Dancenter, leading me to suspect spam/phishing (I live in Denmark and booked in Denmark).
The rented cabin itself was nice and clean with good facilities

Had amazing experience in the Gudhjem park. Tina from the reception was very helpful. It's a beautiful park with picturesque views, lot of amenities and trails. Will definitely visit again.
For best price and seamless experience booking via Danland is recommended.
