Had this feeder for a few weeks now. Setup was quick and the app interface is intuitive. I can monitor meals remotely and get alerts when the food level is low. It's been reliable during my work trips and I no longer worry about missed feedings.

However, communication regarding shipping updates could have been better, as I wasn't sure when my package would arrive. While there is room for improvement, I would consider ordering again based on the product quality.
