. My items were purchased April 4 202 at the location of Casale Monferrato. Promised the delivery would be in 5 weeks. Not once has the store contacted me. I have visited their location 2 times and the delivery continues to be pushed back. Do not deal with this store.
They emailed us in English until we paid for our order. Then they refused to speak English and only spoke Italian. What was even worse, they wouldn’t help us locate our mattress when it wasn’t delivered for weeks after the expected delivery date. Can’t recommend this store. Also we bought the Epic, the most expensive one, and it’s very uncomfortable.

I have not received my order yet, bed and mattress, purchased in January. I was contacted about the need to pay extra for a special truck, even though when I purchased it they assured me delivery to my address would not be a problem. I have not been contacted since.
Update: Since this post I have been contacted and Dorelan is attempting to facilitate delivery with the couriers.
Update 2: Dorelan was helpful regarding the problems with the delivery company. It cost me an extra 600 euros to have my order delivered. Dorelan was made aware of this extra cost and they did not seem concerned or surprised. I'm adding a star because the situation was resolved, but there was no attempt on their part to compensate me for the surprise, significant added cost.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. When you made your purchase, the delivery terms were discussed and agreed upon. However, unforeseen logistical limitations arose at the time of delivery, something beyond our control and not communicated to us in advance.
That said, we did everything we could to support you, offering three alternative solutions to resolve the situation. You were able to choose the option that best suited your needs, and we’re glad the issue was ultimately resolved. We do understand, however, that the additional costs were an unexpected inconvenience. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we remain committed to continuously improving our service.

Mattress ok but not value for money at over 1000 euros and they would not even deliver it to our door so had to pull it up the stairs ourselves!
