Was due to go to the roof terrace in the Dorchester for my birthday today and they cancelled due to light rain in London! I find it crazy that the rest of London can operate in a little bit or rain but the Dorchester have cancelled with less then 24 hour notice and everywhere else is fully booked now!
Was rudely spoken to by a waiter after I had to ask for a fork 3 times. I asked for the manager who declined to see me due to being busy. Was not impressed by the situation

Always impeccable service tailored to our needs. Staff always goes a long way to satisfy us and exceed our expectations. The Dorchester is the epitome of luxury, and I am happy to say that I don't think I will ever stay anywhere else when visiting London.
