I have still no news about my order for almost 2 weeks , no shipment update , no number tracking. Nothing

UPDATE: I think its not very cool for us if you ship with no number tracking and it takes More than 2 weeks to be delivered when we cant track the shipping, especially when we pay like 6€ DHL shipping. But well :)

Shipping every single order with a tracking number is one of our core standards, and we take this very seriously. Unfortunately, on that particular day we encountered a technical issue with the DHL business portal, which caused a number of shipments to go out without tracking information. This was an isolated incident and absolutely not the experience we want for our customers.
We sincerely apologize that this happened to you – especially when you paid for DHL shipping and rightfully expected full visibility over your delivery. We completely understand your frustration.
Please rest assured that this issue has been resolved and will not affect any future orders. Every shipment going forward will include a tracking number, as it always should.

Horrible shipping
Don’t care what reason they had for their extremely slow delivery. I am still waiting for the package. It’s arrived in my country so that’s good but what’s pissed me off was their promise of same-day shipping and 2-4 day shipping with DHL. Absolute bullcrap. Don’t recommend. Been waiting a month.
