Bought this hand truck forklift for my son for his birthday, best thing I ever got him, he absolutely loves it!The person I dealt with was very helpful and patient, lol the delivery was on time would definitely recommend this company.

Actually, the box was nearly ripped apart because it’s heavy and there is ever only one person delivering. Otherwise it’s seems fine, haven’t put it together yet.

No one has replied to my emails, and I haven’t been able to reach anyone from your customer service team.

I still haven’t received my product. I have emailed and haven’t heard anything.

A good price for the bit I got. It’s doesn’t cut as good as a high end one but overall a good product for the price point.

Perfect, as described

Great compactor overall, but I had to tighten nearly every bolt because they kept coming loose. After only a few uses, I even lost a few bolts completely.

Also, this isn’t the company’s fault, but the shipping experience with Canpar was frustrating. The packaging arrived badly damaged, and the driver almost refused delivery because the unit was too heavy and he needed help unloading it. Considering I paid $100 for shipping, that was pretty disappointing.

Customer service goes above and beyond.

My order did not arrive correctly. After contacting them, they said there's a backorder of about 8-10 weeks. No other choice but to wait for them to do an exchange.

I wasn’t sure at first about it because I have never heard it before. Once I ordered from them it was amazing, staffs are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The item I bought only wasn’t available at the store but it was online so the staff called me and we got it resolved and sent out my items right away. I highly recommend GTA Diamonds Tools.

We were unable to unpack our straddle walkie lift truck. We had no means to lift it off of the pallets that it was shipped on. We ended up having to rent a forklift and operator at considerable cost. (>10% of the cost of the purchase) Also, it took three attempts to ship it to us, because we have a ground level door. Since we are the kind of company that buys this type of lift truck, we feel that you should know how to deliver your product.
