Hey Joseph. I've reviewed your conversation history. To set the record straight for anyone reading this, here's what actually happened.
You gave us an incomplete shipping address. You asked us to correct it after your order had shipped. We told you you would need to contact the carrier to sort it out - something easily accomplished with a 5 minute phone call.
You messaged us 5 days later saying you just followed up with the carrier who are returning the package to sender because of the bad address you supplied. You asked for a full refund. You left this review here a few hours later, without waiting to hear back from us.
If you'd like another package sent out, a reshipping fee applies when a package is returned due to a bad address (we're paying for shipping twice). Please reach out to our team and we'll advise on next steps.

I ordered a product but some how had two order numbers for same product one say waiting for approval which was to high in price for me and the other seemed to have disappeared yet the amoutnt of 128.69 is charged to my bank, all I want is to receive my 28 gr of hash and the 5 prerolls fot the 128.69. I am getting tired now of trying to reach a solution, I have recommended a friend to use you also I hope he has better luck thann I do thank you

Good quality product at fair prices
Good quality product at fair prices, gummies are above expectation, fair cartridge selection for large bundles, capsules are very good. Only downside was my order was short, but within a couple conversations with customer service the issue was rectified! I will shop again and would recommend Grizzly to new customers!

Great Product with Great Prices
I've ordered cannabis products online in the past but eventually just started going to the dispensary. Is it only me that feels like dispensary vapes don't hit the same? I saw Grizzly Herb advertised on my thread and decided to give them a try. I am very happy that I did. The prices are great and so is the product! The vapes hit hard like they should and being able to buy 100mg gummys is amazing. 10mg does absolutely nothing for me. So long as the site is avaliable, I will keep reordering.

Grizz is absolutely amazing
Been shopping at the Grizz for a couple years now, never once had an issue with the products I've purchased, not 1 of the 510 carts have been faulty no issues with under filling the don't get plugged up like most 510's do or like i stated faulty. Delivery is fast directly to my door. All the products I've purchased from the Grizz all have their own unique flavor, what i feel sets them apart from the rest. Just made a new purchase the other day had in issue with the email I was given contacted The Grizz they had my back with a new email, customer service was fast respectful, even gave me a little bonus for the issue, which I never would have expected it was a very simple fix. I'll keep using this company due to the fact of their great products, amazing customer service, easy shopping, great deals and fast shipping.
