Grey has been a reliable app for receiving international payments and managing foreign currency accounts. The interface is clean, transactions are generally smooth, and the overall experience has been good.
My biggest concern is the fees. The charges often feel higher than expected, and there have been times when deductions were made without a clear breakdown or explanation. Greater transparency around fees would go a long way in building more trust with users.

You can get USD in but interestingly to get them out you have to choose one option with at least 1% fees at minimum because USD transfers are always down.
Edit after reply: I contacted them numerous times and you only basically waste time. the USD transfers have been down since I registered (but incoming ACH works, so strange) and they never offered me any solution. I had to pay 100 Euros more in fx and stupid fees because I was forced to send euros to withdraw my money.

DO NOT USE GREY’S VISA CARD
Very unprofessional company. I made a transaction and it failed on the merchant’s end. The merchant has confirmed that they didn’t receive any funds and I need to contact my card issuer.
Grey has refused to release the hold on my money. Every time I reach out to support they claim it’s pending on the merchant’s end which is a LIE!!!! They have refused to escalate this issue and it’s frustrating. Their support team lacks empathy. Such a terrible experience. I don’t recommend.

Very disappointed with Grey.
A card payment was authorized, but the transaction was never completed. Despite this, my funds are still being held, and I have not received a refund. Customer support only says that I have to wait, even though the merchant did not complete the transaction.
I expected faster resolution and better communication. I hope Grey improves its handling of pending card authorizations and refunds.

That was how $2660 in total was stolen from my USD account on Grey.
Grey finance is a THIEF. They collaborate with these scammers to steal their customers' money and they won't do anything about it to help you.
That is how crooked Grey finance is.
Don't use them. Don't use them again. A word is enough.
Learn from my BAD experience with them. They are very terrible with the safety of your money.
$2660, my hard earned money was gone just like that from my USD account with them.
