love your products but shipping takes too long. I was ordering gifts for my friends bday and it didn’t come on time, the candle i ordered got to her all melted, so you could work on packing your products. good luck!

Terrible smell on my ordered couch pillow
The couch pillow I ordered has an extremely strong smell (smells like Parmigian cheese and feet) that hasn't gotten better even after almost two weeks. The pillow is unusable as is, the smell is unbearable. I want a full refund.

Granit is not getting it right
last month i ordered 2 garden chairs, and they were never even delivered, they were stuck in a warehouse in germany for weeks and were never even delivered to mmine, and i was charged for that as `no collection`in the refund 19,90€ for a parel that i could not even collect anywhere as it was stuck in a DHL Warehouse and sent back for whaterver technical problem I assume, yet I would like to hae this money refunded a it was never delivered, not even for example at attempt and i could have been away from home, litterally the parcel never left the warehouse and was sent back.
Today, the same 2 garden chairs I ordered arrives, however this time only 1 was delivered with only 1 tracking number. i hope we can find solutions to these issues rapidly, yet this is one of the worst online shopping experience ever

Very low quality of products
Bought dried flowers - do not recommend, quality is extremely low. So far from my experience with this shop/brand - terrible quality of basically everything you buy. Do not recommend and will refrain from buying from them again.

Recently, there have been several cases where something was missing from a package sent by Granit. It is a terribly difficult process to sort this out with them. They want you to give up. And they started asking for 100! crowns for the return. I have really lost interest in buying from them, even though I used to like Granit.

Was a lite sceptic when I saw all the bad comments. But I received my goods a few days after I placed the order. My item was as I expected and wanted.

Feel robbed for 45 EUR
I placed an order Saturday night and right afterwards (5 min or so) I wanted to add more items to order, so I contacted support and asked them to cancel my order, it was easiest just to place a new one with corrected amounts and colors. Monday morning I’ve got a message that they can’t do that because they cannot take contact with their own warehouse and have no control over departing packages. I ended up getting a package I didn’t need anymore so I had no choice but to return it. Another option was to order more items and pay for delivery once again (delivery is very expensive there), but I just didn’t want to deal with support again if something else goes wrong. I paid for delivery and return (around 45 EUR), just because support was lazy to stop shipping in time. All it could take is one phone call, they are not the size of Amazon after all. Feel robbed, seriously.
