I recently had 2 treatment plants commissioned and have to say I was delighted with the service received.
Not only from the visiting service engineer who was excellent nothing was to much trouble. He was clear and precise on what we had and what was next.
The commissioning lady was a delight and we had almost next day service. In this complicated world it's nice to know that you can still get top draw service.

We purchased a filtration system through their website and then found out that it might not be suitable for what we needed so I called them up and spoke to one of their advisers who confirmed this after going through all the details with me. I then called their main office to ask if we could cancel the order. They agreed to this without any quibble and issued a refund for the full amount paid. I cannot speak for the quality of the products however their customer service was excellent

I spoke to the customer service team as I was having trouble understanding how to attach my diverter. They were very helpful

Graf employees were extremely helpful from the first phone call I made to installation and commissioning. They were always on hand to answer any queries I had during the whole process, special thanks to Ewan for his time and help. Installing a sewerage treatment plant is a very daunting task made easy by this excellent company. Thank you.

I have had a difficult build but Graf team have been helpful throughout in resolving all matters to do with my graf one2clean plant and its commissioning.

We purchased a water butt for the garden, delivery was quick and it looks great in the garden. We have now decided, that we want another, but prices have gone up massively. In fact another £97. That's 33% roughly. I get that its coming into summer season, but its a lot money. Can you do a discount for a returning customer?

My wife and I are a little shocked with the speed and quality the service provided. Flavia responded very quickly to my initial contact and continued with clear feedback.

Albeit Godfrey was luckily in this part of the country, he phoned me to walk through the problem and then turned up exactly when he said he would. He was polite and friendly, and solved the issue extremely quickly.

The engineer was very helpful and explained the whole process.

A first class service and product. We have installed one of 3 tanks and the service from Graf was outstanding. The commissioning appointment and paperwork was easy to make and do. The engineer turned up spot on time and did a great job commissioning the unit . The paperwork was sent over extremely quickly for the warranty . From start to finish we had a very high level of efficiency and service.

Quality water butt. Fast delivery and good communication. Love the fact that it is 100 per cent recycled plastic. Recommended

Bought the Graf green slim wall tank 330litres. Good thick plastic so I think it will last well.
Only complaint is the tap supplied is useless. sprays water all over the place (and I have checked it has no blockage) and the thread on the end is slightly different to standard UK fittings. I will need to empty water butt to replace.

After just 4 years service we had to pay just over £1,600 for repairs to our Graf one2clean septic tank which was £500 more than the original cost before installation costs. The Graf sales pitch says they last over 20 years if properly maintained. Our septic tank was serviced annually by an approved Graf supplier.
When we complained to Graf they really showed little interest or concern.

Purchased a 150l water butt.
It was the cheapest on the market.
Delivered on time.
Couple of bits missing.
Rang the helpline.
They were delivered in a couple of days.
Totally stress free.
A pleasure to deal with.
Can't understand why you would shop elsewhere.

Large water butt arrived well packed and protected. Was as seen on website.

Beautiful looking water butt. Will look great in any garden. We haven't hooked it up yet but looks great.
