I had the most terrible experience. I talked to 2 different time and each time they said they were going to send me a swatch...no swatch. I get that it is expense to send, just tell me that. Then I filled out the online request, and was asked questions, that I had already answered on the online form! The last email said they couldn't fulfill my request because they were in the USA!

They misrepresent where their items ship from. The drop ship from the United States, means we were hit by a huge tariff because of their deceptive practices.

In Brief:
- inaccurate description of product
- misrepresentation of product materials
- defective item: unfinished stitching created a large hole; fraying fabric
- false return policy for defective item (hole)
- gaslighting customer (it’s not a hole, it supposed to be there!it is velvet because that is what we call it! )
- refusal for refund of defective misrepresented item
- sent an email upon delivery expressing my disappointment
-followed up with a call to company a few days later.
- request for refund refused regardless of validity of claim.
- possibly a fraudulent company

In Detail:
Ordered a master hood advertised as made of velvet and satin. Piece that arrived was very poor quality. Not velvet or velour, possibly a microsuede where is was supposed to be velvet, “satin” was just a shiny nylon weave.

There was a fraying hole left at the bottom of the hood. Contacted customer service where I was gaslighted and told it was velvet and satin and because they say it is; my order also had a gold trim piece and that made it a “custom” and therefore not returnable according to their policy. (Quality of this hood is what one would expect if they ordered from bargain fast-fashion style shopping sites, satin / velvet were imitation) m. Asked for my concern to be escalated & advisor disconnected the call. Notably unprofessional and possibly a fraudulent company.
