I ordered Glowdrop and had not received any feedback regarding my tracking for a few weeks. I sent an email asking for updated tracking info and Shelia contacted me back explaining due to the high volume of ordering the order was a bit back logged and she would update me when my order was shipped out. She also assured me the tracking would be updated soon. Sheila did reach out like she said once the order was shipped and she also contacted me to make sure I did receive my order. She made me feel more at peace knowing I could contact her with any issues I had and she would be there to help me. Thank you Sheila

I haven’t received the glow drops yet but have had plenty of questions. I emailed and got immediate answers from Hannah. She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Wish I could give a negative review.
Do not work. Taste vile and made me really ill with GI distress and elevated heart rate.
A subscription was set up on initial purchase. I cancelled with the company in May 2026. They took a further payment in July 2026. After contact I was promised a refund. This has not happened.
Total SCAM - nothing but a bunch of thieves.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

SCAM. Product does not work. You are unaware your order is coming from over seas (CHINA) therefore if you try to return the product, they force you to pay shipping (costing alot more than the product itself). Trying to get a refund is impossible even though the website reads 30 day money guarantee.
Funnily enough I was getting quick responses till I asked for a refund, to which it took two weeks to respond then. If you keep badgering them for communication you eventually get something unhelpful!

I LOVE Glowdrops!! SO EASY to use!! Just add to your favorite beverage and drink it!! Price is right too!! My skin has never looked better!! I have to mention their customer communications...Beyond excellent!! 100% Satisfied!!

I was really excited to try this, its easy, just take it in a drink twice a day and I got the gummmies to help boost. Which you take 1 in the morning and 1at night. Customer service is awesome, Jane and Lez helped me with any questions I had and they responded fast. Thank you Jane and Lez for all your help.

Took a long time to arrive. Absolutely no difference in my colour at all. So disappointing. Lesson learned.

I received excellent customer service concerning the delivery of my product. I received my Glow Drops yesterday and started my drops the same day🩷☀️☀️

Such a scam!!!

I purchased 3 bottles. Took forever to come to the point I actually forgot that I purchased it.
On the packaging they tell you to use 1 squeeze of the pipette. It only fills about a quarter of the way up. I went onto the FB page to see a few questions people had asked as they too had gone through 1 bottle with no results. We were told that the pipette has to be full, which means 4 squeezes. So they either need to change the wording on the packaging or fix their product. Bottle 2 I start using correctly and I go through it in no time. I’m now half way through bottle 3 and I actually think I’m lighter since it’s winter and not getting much sun. The product has done absolutely nothing. Checking all of the ingredients they are safe to ingest and can have tanning properties, the product does not hold up to the name or the stars they have in their socials. Obviously they’re not going to post how many bad reviews they got but it’ll interesting to see how many 1 reviews they get. From now on I’m definitely coming to Trust Pilot to check real peoples reviews.

Great service from start to finish and when my products arrived I was amazed at the instant results, would highly recommend

Tastes good to mix with anything I normally mix with my Electrolytes in the morning, the bottle is really easy to carry with me when go away.
2 weeks taking it and people are already asking me what I do to keep my Tan.

Tastes like pool water chemicals - not watermelon flavoured.

They simply ship products of unknown origin from overseas, with no clear information about proper certification or safety standards in the U.S. Nobody knows what is actually inside or how safe these products are for your health. Do not be fooled by beautiful TikTok videos with influencers — this can be just marketing used to trick customers. They do not refund money, they ignore emails, and many reviews look artificially created to increase their rating. Absolutely horrible experience. Stay away from this company!!!

I had an awful experience with glow drops

I was sceptical but tried them. Ordered them on a bundle deal as they promote.
Crikey it was a bad decision.

Apparently doing so, removed all of my rights to a refund or return. I have never had an issue with a supplement ever, but these as soon as I tasted them something was off. They tasted very unnatural. I’ve never had something repeat on me but the watermelon did all day. It also made me feel AWFUL. This headache and nausea I couldn’t shift

As soon as I stopped the feeling stopped. I tried everything recommended but it remained.

Contacted them explained and I’ve been fighting ever since. After a month got them to a 40% discount. They’re in the bin. Thank god

Do not buy!

Ordered the glow drops and received them with updates about delivery from Sheila which was very helpful. Looking forward to my glow! Thank you again Sheila for your customer care.

If i could give 0 stars I would. They lost my package and refused a refund. Told me I had to deal with the shipper. Never got info on who the shipper was. Finally got that it was Yanwen in CHINA. No response from them on two emails.
GD still refused to refund me. Said they are sending another one. Got it, and immediately went to start return/refund process (per their own policy) and they said I could return it for a full refund, $35.00, and pay around $40 to ship it back. WHAT!? So I get to actually pay them for me to return it??
They said or I could receive a 30% refund and keep it. I did that to get these people out of my life. I got $10.50 refunded!!! How does the math even come close to that?
It took two months to actually receive any product from them. That alone should constitute some grace. BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY!!!

I absolutely love the product. If you drops and I maintain the most beautiful ten, i've had in years, and the best part is, I didn't have to go to a tanning bed or go through burning.And then let it settle, burn and let it settle.It was absolutely spectacular. The only thing I was disappointed in was how long it took to ship.But I guess when you have a product.That's this popular.It has to go with the territory. I did Jane the company a couple of times and with Jane and I had a good time. I'd really like to point out that I got mine on Afterpay and my lovely tan does not even cost what it did when I was going to the tanning salon, the monthly cost is less.I would recommend it.I am waiting till around my 3rd bottle to get my second order. All I can say is, I want to make sure I do not run out.

Drops do NOT taste like watermelon and after two months, there is no change in my skin color, still as white as Casper the ghost.

The watermelon flavor is yummy and the customer service is great. I have a sensitive stomach to all vitamins and this one doesn’t affect me at all which I love!
