Awful nightmare experience.
I ordered iPhone 16pro in the gold colour. At the time of the order the object was “available”. I made an order and paid by transfer the same day. In a couple of days i started to write to their customer service, because I received no confirmation email with a courier tracking code. They replied that my order is “being managed”. Another two days have passed, I wrote to them again and they replied that the object i ordered is not available!!!, and i have to wait another 20-25 working days, i alleged to them that it was available at the time i ordered it, they replied nothing to it. In the end I asked them whatever colour was available, it was black one, which I didn’t really like, but had to ask them to send me that one, as it seems there was no other option 🤬

Great Ipad Air 2024 Purchase
Before Getting into the positive experience, i would like to address the concern regarding the delivery and payment experience.
When i was interested to buy the Ipad, there were no stock on their website, it showd "0 Available".
So, i checked with their whatsapp support team, they immediately responded that, the product will be available and delivered within 15 working days.
I have paid the next day through bank transfer(which took 1 day to reflect in their accounts) so the order was accepted the next day which was a bit late than i have expected. Could have been better if they accept Debit cards.
Coming back to the delivery of the product, the delivery was attempted in just 5 working days from the ordered date(the customer care said 15 working days at first) which was quiet fast but, I did not receive any information that my product was handed over to the delivery partner. I was not aware about the delivery and left home, and the delivery person attempted and failed to delivery on the first day. The next day All problems were sorted out when i reached the customer service and the product was delivered.
My suggestion to them is, it could be a much greater experience if the information regarding the shipping is updated in advanced to their customers so that they could plan accordingly. And the website is too outdated and slow which could be updated too!!!.
Finally about the product, no questions, it is an authentic Ipad as promised by them and working fine.!
