Scammers! Avoid Geldmaat at all costs.

This is already the second time this has happened to me — the first time was three years ago, and now again! I can’t believe that in all this time, nothing has been fixed.

I tried to deposit cash into my account, but the machine simply swallowed my money, returned my debit card, and printed a receipt stating that €0.00 was deposited.

After 20 minutes on the phone with the bank, all I got was a promise that an investigation might happen within 30 days. No refund, no solution — just my cash gone and nothing I can do.

This is complete negligence.

I will never use a Geldmaat machine again and I strongly advise everyone else to avoid them too. They are unsafe, unreliable, and completely customer-unfriendly.

I deposit around 100 euro in coins and received 6.40 on my account. No mails neither calls are helpful, they simply reply that there is nothing they can do.....is this something I need to report to Police?
