Where is my order??

My order (151977 ) was supposed to be DELIVERED on April 22, but it is now April 24 and my order hasn't even been processed yet.

I asked FOUR TIMES during the design process if my order would be delivered on time and I was assured "the delivery time will be met". Once I accepted the proof however there has been no additional progress on my order and I can't get in touch with anyone at this company ever since.

I have called multiple times and have been on hold for over 30 minutes each time with no one answering. I have used the Chat Bot which has "emailed" the company on my behalf with an "urgent message" and have not received any response, and I have also directly emailed the company with no response of course.

I am going out of the country for an international business trip next week which is what I needed this order for, so having it be "late" is not acceptable. I will be filing a chargeback on my credit card ASAP to get my money back.

We kindly invite you to review our terms and conditions of sale, which clearly outline production and delivery timelines.
We would also like to point out that the graphic proof was approved on April 21, with a requested delivery date of April 22. Unfortunately, such a turnaround time is extremely difficult to meet, despite our efforts.
Nevertheless, we made ourselves available to find a solution, offering either to proceed with printing using an alternative logo or to arrange a refund. However, instead of continuing the discussion constructively, you chose to leave a negative review while also contacting us via email in a manner that does not help resolve the situation.
We remain available to find a reasonable solution.

Be careful what you buy

Be careful what you buy. The company has some good quality products but others are very scarce. Always consider 10 days late, they are Italian .
