MAYD is great! I got food poisoning while I was alone in my apartment and feeling very sick and tired to go out and get medicines.
I downloaded MAYD, which conveniently lists over-the-counter medication by condition, and ordered electrolytes and Imodium; both were at my doorstep less than an hour after my order, way after all pharmacies in my neighborhood had closed for the day!
