They do not give you what you want and after a while they stop replying until hours later and they do not have good communication when something is missing off of your account.

To start off with Nexvado is a great service provider. The customer service is very good and also they reply within a reasonable amount of time. Now what made me give them a 2 star rating is because of two things. The first thing was that I didn’t receive the fast run from the modded account I’ve purchased. Secondly, they didn’t have great communication about telling me that the fast run wouldn’t be put onto my account because of them running out of stock. Although I didn’t receive the fast run they did give me 200 million dollars on gta which on their site is more than what I paid for the account, but the main purpose of me ordering the account was for me to have the fast run. Also I did have an extra 1.5 day delay with my account and they told me because of the delay that I would be compensated with 200million but they never told me about not receiving my fast run and also I mentioned to them that the account did not come with fast run and they told me that I would have to continue grinding the stats which was a lie because I’ve had 2 fast runs in the past.
