I placed an order in mid-February 2026…
I placed an order in mid-February 2026 for an English *One Piece* OP17 booster box, and on August 30th—six months later—I was informed that my order could not be fulfilled. To make matters worse, they offered no form of compensation—just a refund. There was no offer to pre-order a box from a future set.
Taking my money for six months only to return it without delivering anything in exchange seems to be the new favorite tactic for independent shops looking to secure interest-free loans. They even had the audacity to cancel the order after the official release date. The least they could have done was cancel before the release; that way, I might have actually believed their story about the supplier cutting their stock.
This is the last time I order from this retailer; showing such a lack of respect for customers is disgraceful.

Firts of all on our item pre-order description there is written: "Notice- orders can result in refunds." so you were informed before ordering this pre-order that this might result in a canceling/refund as the item is highly demanded and as we are a webshop have no 100% guarantee what we will be delivered so we took the promised quantities that bandai and our distributor has written us. Unfortunatly we did not recieve any information regarding this delivery before the relase. It is now today that we have been announced to get a very low to almost none quantities as they marked it with allocation shortness.
This is not something that is in our power to solve in any other way than a refund.
At least we have the opportunity to provide your money back as sereral online stores don't even bother to refund it and you need to keep mailing to them to recieve anything.
We know this is frustrating and so it is for us. We don't attempt in any way to keep your money to have interest-free loans as the pre-order amount was set secured for cases like this so we could have the opportunity to pay back clients.
We know you're disspointed , a 1 star review has hopefully made your anger gone away as this will be happen more often as One Piece is the new Pokémon TCG to become.
