the best place to make your own server, i haved a minecraft server and right now i am using a beamMP server and both works really great, i never have issues with the cpu and the ping on all the players keep really low, 100% my favorite place to make servers, also the price for everything they give to you is awesome (only 7 usd for a 400% cpu performance), using it since 2025

Hosted a server for The Isle, the game ran great on the server. Rcon worked but I could not set up FTP and the bot I was trying to use for storage of dinos only used FTP. The host here offered SFTP.

I have to call out the fact that they have some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Anytime I've ever had an issue they have responded very quickly and took care of the issue promptly. You really couldn't ask for more honestly.

They are a Top tier game server provider from Toehunter to HughMau and the rest they take the time to help.you when needed and answer support tickets promptly not that there are many but they do hardware is the best and multiple sites not just one.

Stable server experience. Price is competitive. Customer support have gone out of their way to help with server down-times due to no fault of their own although response times can be worked upon.
Have been using them for over a year and will continue to do so as long as pricing isn't outrageous. 10/10

They rarely have any issues but when they do they are quick to resolve them and are good about working with you on server setups and discord questions. They also generally stay up to date with the latest popular games and most games are available day 1.

They are absolutely amazing and I’ll never use anyone else. In my experience, when you request assistance, their response time is usually under 10 minutes. Crazy! Their setup is extremely user friendly too and it’s so budget friendly. I wish every company operated like these guys.

Had an issue with a game server and their customer service was on it IMMEDIATELY. Very polite, asked questions, made sure I understood what they were doing - everything I could've needed. Very good and reliable platform for game server hosting, I can't recommend them enough.

let me tell you about these guys.. im just a regular dude who stays up real late playing my favorite games and tonight something went wrong and my save file was gone, i submit a ticket at 3:15 AM and its fixed by 3:22, i dont think i need to say anything else.. Bravo 10/10

What a great hosting platform. Setup was incredibly easy. No editing config files. Easy to setup backups and schedules. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Couldn't be happier so far. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Fast and informative response. Servers are really good too. Hosted games like Palworld, Minecraft and Conan Exiles for small community on the Singapore server and had a good experience overall.

I rented a server for RS Dragonwilds to play with friends. While the group eventually fell off the game, my experience with Game Host Bros was flawless. As a non-technical user, their custom Bropanel was highly intuitive, and the documentation was straightforward and easy to follow.

What really stood out was the customer support. After I cancelled my server, I realized I had failed to back up my world save locally. Even though the service was discontinued, their support team (Michael) went out of their way to dig into their enterprise archives to retrieve my final daily backup and provided it to me at no extra cost. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable hosting with a team that actually cares about their users.

Edit: this company is not kind or easy to work with, just look at their response to this review (yikes). These guys are not telling the truth, I encourage them to take responsibility for the inaccuracy of their response to me by reviewing the multiple tickets I created in discord, and which yes, were answered, in my opinion never should have been needed. Not quite sure how I am reinventing myself, and they reported my post and I had to get it reinstated after they claimed I was advertising another service by suggesting better hosts. Additionally, I'm voicing my opinion, the level of defensiveness they get should be suspicious and telling enough. Really sad to see them continue to be so aggressive, but great example of what you can expect :(

Original Review: I host game servers every year, and Game Host Bros is the worst host I have used, on both product and support. If you are choosing a game server host, look elsewhere.

The product first. Their Project Zomboid hosting crashed repeatedly with certain mods, something I have not run into on other hosts using the same mod setup, nor could replicate locally on my machine. While they did implement a fix, it was no doubt frustrating and made me feel like a beta tester for a service I was paying a premium price for. From my other experiences, performance was also below what I get elsewhere for the same money.

Then the support. I will own my part, I forgot to cancel a server after we stopped using it. But when I asked them to cancel it and consider refunding the unused months, they refused outright, pointed at a 7-day refund window, and told me to go cancel it myself. It would have taken them ten seconds to do it for me, or to show a shred of the flexibility other hosts show. They kept roughly 52 dollars for two months of a server that sat completely unused. Their renewal emails also landed in my spam folder, so the charges slipped by for a while.

Bloom and Havoc have handled the identical situation for me instantly, quick cancellation and a full refund, no fight, because they value their customers. Game Host Bros does the opposite, and honestly, left a nasty taste in my mouth with how it felt they were more responsive to a bad review than any other time I worked with them.

For Project Zomboid, Valheim, or any game server hosting, go with another host. Game Host Bros has seemingly worse performance, worse support, and will not lift a finger when something goes wrong with billing.
