Everything was explained in simple terms service was very goid from start to finish

Extremely happy with arrangements I was listened to and all my children need to do is a phone call everything else is dealt with so not giving them any stress at the time when they will be grieving so very glad I done this quick and professional and a cost I could afford

The advisor who visited me at home was friendly, professional and knew the products well. He did not give me the hard sell which I was very relieved about, but instead he listened to what I wanted. I do want my ashes scattered in space by Aura Flights and had hoped that Golden Leaves would accommodate that and allow me to purchase that as part of the funeral package but he said he'd not heard of anyone doing that and suggested I ring Golden Leaves which I did. They told me that they couldn't do that.

Call handler on initial call very friendly. Gave very good impression of the company. Made arrangement for a representative to come to my home. He arrived on time. He was very professional. He advised on all the different types of funerals golden leaves could offer. No pressure was applied. Given ample time to make a decision. I took great comfort in knowing local funeral directors and crematorium would be used.all paperwork arrived promptly

Had issues,no follow up phone call, when we did eventually get one was asked if we wanted to cancel,paperwork went missing in post, however sales person was excellent .

Stuart was very helpful and explained eveything clearly the paper work was clear and the Golden leaves card is very useful to carry around,
Also being covered in case of death in Spain and the uk with next of kin contacts in each country is great.
