The waistcoat received as to what was advertised on your website is totally different. As advertised, it was a white paisley design red vintage waistcoat with collar and I received a black paisley design red vintage waistcoat with no collar.

Don’t Trust this Company ,They Display Quality merchandise on Google and then ship you cheap inferior product.I purchased a Olive Green Denim shirt display on Google by this firm for $58.00 order #1294 ,nice looking dark green denim shirt,The shirt I got from the Netherlands looked nothing like the shirt on Google ,Cheap quality material ,NOT DENIM or Even Cotton ,Some cheap poly material ,Felt terrible ,Refunds are a pain ,At your Expense you can mail it back at a cost of $20-30 dollars with customs fees and shipping and tax. No Satisfaction from Customer Service and I guess they don’t care about bad reviews because they have tons of them .Im gonna Trash This Company every other day until I get some Satusfaction or drop dead which ever comes first ,Just a Warning ,What your seeing Photos of is NOT what your gonna get,.

I newer tried anything like this. I bought 2 pair of loafers size 45. My normal size. When they arrived they were to small.

I asked for a return label. Here is what they wrote to me:

So i can not return them!!

Worst treatment. I really would like to buy one size bigger!

Placed order for a dress. 13 days later I still had no tracking information. Tried to cancel order since it was still showing it was not shipped. They would not cancel and continued to tell me they would provide updated information as soon as it shipped. Some of the contact information they provided proved non existent. Disputed the charge and hopefully I will receive full credit. Stay away from this merchant. They make me hesitant to buy from any independent. What a shame for all reputable merchants.

I believed I was ordering a watch with a bright emerald green band (per the website) and what I received was a watch with an army green band. When I reached out, with side by side pictures, showing the website was deceiving, they responded saying I received the correct watch and there was no issue. Very unhappy and will never order from them again.

The shop is a scam. My parcel never arrived and the money is gone.

Nobody should ever use them waste of time take money but do not send item robbers

The dress is gorgeous. It just took longer than expected to arrive and needed a lot of steam ironing to get rid of the creases. But I cannot fault the dress itself - have received many compliments and is just right to look smart yet cool in this current hot weather.

I would not give them any stars if it was possible . I ordered a white dress for my daughter’s graduation ceremony, we didnt receive the dress in time , although I placed the order a month ago , i asked for a refund when the dress never came . A yellow color dress totally different from my order was sent instead of refund . This site is a scam .

Company insists they sent the correct item even after I sent pictures showing that the jacket they sent was not the Titleist jacket advertised on their website! Absolutely shocking and to add to the insult they offered a 15% store credit saying I can keep the item. I will be returning it at my own cost. I hold no hope of getting a refund from this scam company. Do not use them

0 stars!!!! They refused to issue a refund. They claimed the item was not in stock and I should kindly choose a different item of equal value from their website. I've notified my bank and I'm disputing the charge. It's been over a month and we're past the event the dress was ordered for in the first place. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! If anyone knows how to report them to other authorities, please share this information.

Do not use. Appalling quality. Nothing like the picture and did not fit at all (ridiculously short arms on a jacket). Also took 4 emails and over a week to get a return address only to be told that the item has to be received in china on order to get a refund, which would only be store credit. Clearly not possible from the uk. Not the 14 day money back garentee they advertise at all. Complete waste of money.

I ordered a dress to say it would be dispatched 1-2 working days and delivered in 5-7 working days. I received no confirmation email or any updates about the order. After the item was not delivered on the day it was supposed to, I began to email the company. I sent about 4 emails before I eventually got a reply almost a week later. They informed me the item was actually out of stock (did not display this on the website) and offered me my refund and store credit. I sent numerous emails to say I did not want store credit I wanted my refund into my original payment method. This took over 3 weeks. Do not buy off this website. Scammers

Well good people you live and learn .
Received a pair of shoes I ordered from this company , I have pictures never have I seen anything like these in my life , I can’t use the words to describe them but I will just say they were very very poor quality .
And like many on here I have found out the hard way , read reviews in the first instance.
I sent the shoes back to the return address on the packaging only to get a mail from the company telling me I have to send them back to china, funny that as the company is supposed to be in Amsterdam .
Read reviews in future , I certainly am going to .

This company, which purports to be based in Denmark, is in fact a Chinese Scam. The items advertised are not as described when they arrive and the sizing bears no resemblance to reality. The returns email address does not exist and if you use the info email address, then you get offered increasingly higher " In store discounts" untill the returns window (2 weeks) closes and they will not refund. This is a category 1 Scam operation and should be avoided at all costs. Google should shut them down !

Very poor quality! I found exactly the same products on SHEIN!!!! So they buy from China at very cheap price and resell on the website 3,4x times more expense!!! AVOID!!!!

Avoid....Very poor quality, not anything like the picture. Stitching is poor, cut is poor, uncurt threads everywhere materal is stricty average quality. Customer service prompty but not looking for repeat business.

What followed was 24 emails of absolute runaround. Instead of telling me how to return the item, they spent THREE WEEKS offering me escalating store credits — 15%, then 30%, 45%, 60%, 70% — clearly hoping I'd give up. I had to threaten legal action multiple times before they finally provided a return address, 24 days after my first contact

Then, once I returned the item at my own expense, they had the audacity to tell me the 30-day return window had expired — a window that ran out BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE ADDRESS. They are now blaming "communication gaps on both sides." Absolutely unbelievable

I initiated the return one week after delivery. I did everything right. This company deliberately stonewalls customers with fake goodwill gestures and store credit offers until your rights supposedly expire. It is a cynical, calculated tactic

Now disputing through my bank. Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% certain you will never need to return anything - because if you do, good luck.

Do not support this company. Buy elsewhere. They have a horrible refund/return policy. I’m pretty sure that “Emma” The customer service agent is AI or a coldhearted, insensitive human being. Their return policy window, does not allow for easy returns from North America to Europe. Avoid!
